The user interface (UI) is easy to use. It looks like it has integrations available, but we do not use that as our software does not currently interface with it. The site loads quickly and sends reminders and emails without any issues. The pricing is very reasonable for what we use it for - cheaper than most others out there. I really like that they let you use 25 for free each month so you can try it out first. Others that only let you do less are not useful or helpful. We have not had to reach out to customer support but that is also a good thing. We also have not used ai intelligence and we do not know if it has any ai features available. **What do you dislike about BoldSign?** I wish it would let you export the copy as a link like other similar products do. Currently boldsign requires that it sends the emails to the customers itself. It would also be easy if it would fill in the common signatures for you for documents that look similar. **What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Boldsign solves the problem of us having to get signatures and save them on documents like contracts and does a great job. ### 2. In my last esignature platform I was accustomed to signing order being automatic. In BoldSign I have to remember to check the Signing Order option. However, BoldSign proved to be simple, effective, and user-friendly for both our team and our clients. The API documentation is clearly written and well-structured, which helped us confidently set up our signing workflows without needing extensive back-and-forth with support. Their developer sandbox closely mirrors the production environment, which made testing predictable. I also appreciated their responsive support team. Questions were answered in a timely and helpful manner. It’s been easy to embed BoldSign into our internal tools. **What do you dislike about BoldSign?** The main limitation we’ve run into is the API rate cap in the sandbox environment. It is currently restricted to 50 API calls per hour. While understandable for resource control, it slows things down when iterating rapidly during testing or when syncing multiple signature workflows. Once we got our account set up with what we needed for ID verification, I was able to get documents out without a problem. Navigating is simple and makes sense, with everything easy to find and well laid out. I am able to see if people have looked at, or attempted the verification process, and edit information if needed without much hassle at all. Customer service was great in helping me get set up and going. **What do you dislike about BoldSign?** The only trouble I had was with the download option, I didn't realize at first that if I gave people the option to print and sign, that I was unable to download documents individually even thought that was the setting I had it on. After some digging, I found where it told me I needed to remove that to be able to download the documents individually. The other issue I had was with the verification itself. I had it on lenient, but I still had to go in and adjust things after people failed. Little things like an apostrophe in their name, or middle initial vs. full middle name. Most of the time it was fine if I didn't use a middle name at all, but once it wouldn't pass until I put it in. It would be nice to have a little more information on what the system is going to accept or not with each setting. **What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to be able to have people e-sign with ID verification in the most cost-effective way possible. This was crucial for us to verify the identity of people. For ID verification they are using Stripe which is not the most reliable. **What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to get signed many contracts online and for that we need to make sure that the right recipient is signing the contract. The more I've used it the more I've enjoyed it. **What do you dislike about BoldSign?** Seemed a little complex to start with, I created an account and it didn't lead me to the actual Boldsign area, I was in a programmers area. However customer support were great and guided me in the right direction, then it was fairly straight forward. I haven't used other digisign software, but I would assume there might be more simple options out there if you are paying. Sometime changes in a legal document are small with tight areas around hand written changes and the initial blocks need to be smaller so that they don't cover text. Also, the document title, after a document has been signed and completed, has underscores (_) between spaces of words in the pdf title. It should just keep spaces instead of underscores as it looks messy. These are the only two reasons not to use BoldSign. **What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving the requirement to hard sign legal documents.
