"Intuitive, Secure E-Signing with Pricing That Fits Everyone"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

BoldSign i’d quite intuitively, but most importantly BoldSign has a pricing model that works with individuals, small businesses, and larger corporations. I have found using BoldSign to self sign documents (no need for routing to yourself) preserves a paperless environment and provides a secure way to manage signature and other form filling requirements without ever needing to print a document. What do you dislike about BoldSign?

Though no fault of BoldSign or any other document workflow system, if a notary is ever involved, the whole system takes a hit due to notary requirements. The document typically has to move to a separate portal. Integration with a notary service would be ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boldsign: Easy Templates, Bulk Send, and Fast Support That Saves Us Time"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

We use Boldsign for a lot of the documents we need signed. These range from employee contracts and customer contracts to getting invoices authorised before submission to a payment portal. Boldsign is very easy to use, and we make full use of the templates. We have also used the bulk send feature, which was really straightforward and saved us a lot of time.

We started on a lower subscription tier and soon found we were using it more and needed additional templates, so we moved up a tier. Now it feels like exactly what we needed, and we’re already planning to use it for even more documents.

We also like that you can have a mix of digital signatures and in-person signatures on the same document. This is helpful for us, as we do collect in-person signatures for some of our paperwork.

Support has always been helpful and very quick. We’ve contacted support a few times with questions, and they’ve been fast to resolve things and help us out. We haven’t had any issues with the dashboard either—it’s quick and responsive, and we’ve never had any performance problems. We don’t use any integrations, so I can’t comment on how they work, but there are several available if you need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

Nothing, it does everything we needed it to do, but this is probably because we did a lot of research before trying Boldsign. We did use another esign provider before Boldsign, but moved over due to the extra functionality and value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

There’s nothing I dislike about it. I also really like the bulk upload feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Secure, and Reliable eSignature Solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

What I like best about BoldSign is its simple, intuitive interface combined with powerful eSignature capabilities. It makes it easy to create, send, and track documents for signature while offering useful features like reusable templates, automated reminders, secure audit trails, and flexible signing workflows. I also appreciate its strong security and compliance standards, seamless integrations with popular business applications, and developer-friendly API. Overall, BoldSign provides a reliable, user-friendly, and cost-effective solution for managing electronic signatures without unnecessary complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

One aspect I dislike about BoldSign is that, while it offers a strong set of core eSignature features, some advanced capabilities and third-party integrations are not as extensive or mature as those offered by more established competitors. Additionally, certain customization options for branding and workflows can feel somewhat limited for organizations with highly specialized requirements. However, for most businesses, these limitations are relatively minor compared to its ease of use, reliability, and overall value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Seamless eSignatures with Great Value."
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

BoldSign is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Creating document templates only takes a few minutes, and sending agreements out for signature feels seamless from start to finish. My signers have no trouble completing the forms, even when they aren’t particularly tech-savvy. The pricing structure also seems very fair compared to other platforms on the market, and it offers strong value for the money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

Nothing at the moment. I feel like it has everything my team and I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BoldSign: User-Friendly, Reliable, and Packed With Easy Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

BoldSign interface is really user friendly and easy to navigate. I have never had any glitch or technical issues on the platform. The system immediately memorizes all contacts that I input so I can always pull them up the next time I have a contract to send. All the custom fields are easy to drag and drop in with a plethora of options to customize each field. I have tried many different e-signature platforms but so far BoldSign has been the best!! What do you dislike about BoldSign?

Nothing! I love everything about BoldSign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"After reviewing a number of alternatives to DocuSign, I decided on BoldSign for he following reasons"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

1) Fixed pricing - unlimited envelopes.

2) Easy for my tenants to select there signature style on documents (my tenants are not tech savvy).

3) Flexible on how the email appeared to the tenant. I needed the email to only show the property management company and not my name.

4) Customizable form that I use for company meeting minutes.

All in all, BoldSign is a wonderful product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

I haven't found anything yet, the only issue I run into is using the voice recording from my phone. Some time it kicks it out for some reason. But it's not a major issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Free/Budget Friendly E-Signatures for Non-Profits with Templates"
4/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

We are a non-profit, so our budget is tight. I was having trouble finding a signature solution that wasn't part of a monthly service with a bunch of other features we don't need. BoldSign is simple, and since we are a small non-profit that doesn't need many signatures it is free which is amazing and so helpful. If we were to need to send more contracts out every month, I love that it is sensibly priced.

I love that I can create templates of the contracts we send often so its easy for me to fill in what I need to, and send out without needing to add and align the boxes every time I send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

There is nothing in particular I dislike, it works great for our use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome tool, easy to use, great UI/UX, and at a very attractive price"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

It’s very easy to use. Nothing complicated. And the UI/UX is great. It also doesn’t feel like you constantly need to buy extra features. I really like the ability to customize the design, the notification emails don’t end up in spam folders, and my clients’ signing rate is higher than with other tools we’ve used before. Also I like the pricing a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

Basically nothing. If anything, it’s just that the brand isn’t as well known as some competitors, so people can be a bit sceptical at the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use and Learn for Anyone"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

Very easy to use and learn! Effective and and user friendly for all parties. I had not used anything other than DocuSign before in my corporate job so after starting my own business I wanted to find something that was easy to learn quickly and equally easy to use on a regular basis. I'm a really big fan of this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

The main thing I get feedback on from customers is the confusion around it when they get it in their email. Sometimes it goes to spam and they also tend to not recognize it coming from BoldSign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
