I logged in to see that our account will expire in a month (I paid for a year). We are a Legally licensed business in the State of Nevada. **What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was helping when we'd have our Independent Contractors sign the documents, but I'd rather work with a company (there are many that are just as good, if not better than BoldSign) that doesn't cancel your account without notice. Nor does it say anything in their guidelines about not working with certain businesses. ### 2. Waste of time. It's just a shame the advertised features aren't available and I will need to change provider. **What do you dislike about BoldSign?** False services advertised and poor customer support. Really disappointed with the service that I have received from bold sign. I chose the growth plan for our business based upon the fact that Google integration was offered. However when I tried to implement this I was asked to upgrade to the business plan. The customer service is shocking. I have a clear screen shot saying that Google integration is offered on the growth plan, however when I contacted customer services they said that Google integration only means that you can upload a document from a Google drive. **What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. Without knowing a bit more about the Google-BoldSign integration you were looking for, I’m afraid I can’t speak confidently to the specifics of the situation. If you’re comfortable sharing your name so we can look up your account, please write to sales@boldsign.com and share a screenshot of your review, and ask that it be forwarded to BoldSign’s Director of Sales. We’d like to look into what you experienced and hopefully earn your business back. Even if you no longer wish to use BoldSign, though, we’d love to make sure that our communications with evaluators are as clear and accurate as possible. It seems possible to me that confusion may have arisen because the information at https://boldsign.com/integrations/google-drive/ discusses what’s possible in terms of Google integration with BoldSign, but some features aren’t included with all plans. In case that was the issue, a suggestion has been made to the website team that they consider adding a note clarifying that some integration features are included only with specific plans. Honestly I am probably going to switch to self hosted open sign just so no one every asks me to review their product. **What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** low cost sign app with APi access for automation at a lower price point. ### 4. They speak to you like you are an expert, I wouldn’t be ringing technical support if I was a wizard on this sort of thing. Then I call back to ask if something is possible and after a 15 minute conversation I give up as they clearly couldn’t understand the question . **Official Response from Sierra Stults:** > Dear Anthony, I know you’ve been in touch with our team since posting this review a few months back, and I’m hopeful the recent experiences have gone more smoothly. Whenever someone is getting started with a product that has as many features as BoldSign does, there’s naturally going to be a ramp-up period as the user gains familiarity. I’m sorry the team member you initially reached for support didn’t succeed in keeping that top-of-mind in the way we try to. Thank you for illustrating with your input here why it’s so important. The thoughts you shared here have been passed to a senior Support manager, who will be reviewing the history to see where more training might be needed. Has all the features, but getting it to work is quite painful **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024 **What do you like best about BoldSign?** BoldSign has a setting for almost everything, so they do allow you to change almost any part of the process as required. **What do you dislike about BoldSign?** They use multipart-form instead of JSON. Additinally, it has been quite a nightmare getting all things working. For example I'm still battling trying to figure out why my AWS Signed URL isn't being accepted by their system. Their system claims it is a bad URL, but if I open it, I get a file download. - Update, figured out why this isn't working. Their system rejects any URL where the content-type isn't corretly set. For our system this is managed by a 3rd party provider. Their not wrong, the content-type is incorrectly set to a default, but from my point of view, they are being supplied with a perfectly working Word document, and refuse to use it because of a header value that isn't to their liking. This is EXTREMELY frustrating in using this product. Just do a check on their side and test the actual file. **What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our system generates documents and allows you to send the documents for signing.
