What do you like best about B-Line?

The platform makes it incredibly easy to manage hot desking, meeting rooms, and hybrid schedules—all from one intuitive interface. But what really sets it apart is the real-time data and occupancy analytics. It gives us a clear picture of how our spaces are actually being used, which has helped us reduce costs, improve workflows, and make better strategic decisions. What do you dislike about B-Line?

While B-Line is a strong and reliable platform, one area with room for improvement is the customization of analytics and reporting dashboards. The existing insights are useful, but being able to build more tailored views or export more granular data would make it even more valuable—especially for organizations with unique reporting needs. That said, the team seems open to feedback, and they’ve been steadily rolling out updates, so we’re optimistic this will improve over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Made entry as seamless as I've ever experienced"
What do you like best about B-Line?

It was so easy to gain entry using my phone, no longer needed to carry key cards or keys which people tend to lose frequently or misplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our office recently started using B-Line and we couldn’t be happier with its product and the wonderful customer service we receive from their team. Booking meetings is now such a seamless process.
