What do you like best about B-Line?

The platform makes it incredibly easy to manage hot desking, meeting rooms, and hybrid schedules—all from one intuitive interface. But what really sets it apart is the real-time data and occupancy analytics. It gives us a clear picture of how our spaces are actually being used, which has helped us reduce costs, improve workflows, and make better strategic decisions. What do you dislike about B-Line?

While B-Line is a strong and reliable platform, one area with room for improvement is the customization of analytics and reporting dashboards. The existing insights are useful, but being able to build more tailored views or export more granular data would make it even more valuable—especially for organizations with unique reporting needs. That said, the team seems open to feedback, and they’ve been steadily rolling out updates, so we’re optimistic this will improve over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is B-Line solving and how is that benefiting you?

B-Line is helping us solve several key challenges around space utilization, hybrid work coordination, and real-time occupancy tracking. Before B-Line, it was difficult to know how often certain rooms or desks were being used—or by whom. Now, we have clear data that informs decisions on space planning, cleaning schedules, and employee experience. It’s also streamlined how our team books workspaces and collaborates in-office, which has improved overall efficiency and reduced friction in our hybrid operations. "Made entry as seamless as I've ever experienced"

We use to have to contact the building manager to book meetings. This led to delays and conflicts in booking when multiple people wanted to use the space at the same time. It was challenging to book client meetings when you weren't sure if the space was free or not. The ability to book in real-time has made a huge difference in our operations!
