I like that Aviso provides a very good overview of my current forecast, pipeline, and in-focus activities. It's more facilitated than before because we have our forecast and pipeline for current and following quarters in one place, as opposed to the complicated Excel exports we used previously. Aviso saves me a lot of time and gives me a very good overview of my changes, forecast, and pipeline activities. I'm very content with the tool itself because it really facilitates my job, especially with the tasks that I don't appreciate the most since I don't have time for them. From what I noticed, Aviso is still not synchronized. Every time I make changes to opportunities, I have to sign back in to see them updated. I find Aviso to be an easy way to report my business to management, especially given that I have a big team with accounts constantly shifting around. I like that the UI is pretty easy to use, unlike dashboards in Salesforce. It also makes it easy to make adjustments on the fly if I have a change on my team. Overall, Aviso is pretty easy to use compared to the many tools I have to deal with. I like the clarity of Aviso. It's straight to the point with no fluff, which is nice. The forecast deals are side bound to the left and it's quite straightforward. I appreciate how I can have another view of my forecast and see what numbers I've committed to and how to achieve them thanks to my pipeline. The layout is nice because the deal tab provides a detailed overview, which sometimes serves as a good reminder for deals that have been sitting for a while with no updates. I will say sometimes the responsiveness of the tool can get quite buggy. When you click too fast on too many things at the same time, sometimes Aviso is just crashing. I found it quite confusing where to go to amend my forecast, my call, you know, the amount I'm forecasting for the quarter or the next quarter. It is not really clear. What I like best about Aviso is how seamlessly it consolidates data from multiple sources and provides clear, actionable insights. While Aviso provides valuable insights, I sometimes find that the interface feels a bit cluttered, especially when switching between different dashboards. It can take a few extra clicks to get to the specific view or metric I need. I appreciate the focus this tool offers us. At least in the way we've implemented it, I enjoy that it is dedicated solely to managing numbers and forecasts. There isn't a lot of visibility into what I am doing and how its being used. I also can't see my updates impact anything else so it took me a while to even feel like I was doing the right thing. It was easy, but was I doing it right. I also think the interface could be more intuitive. I've learned ways of getting the information to help me be more productive, but it took a lot of exploring and trial and error before I got there.

I guess, it would be nice to have a more dedicated space to update my numbers in a more familiar format and also see how my updates would impact. When I deposit money into my account at the bank, I get a ledger balance. It would be nice to see how my numbers role up, even though the updates haven't been accepted so I could have a "ledger" forecast that includes my non-committed updates. I like how Aviso is convenient and lets me easily and quickly update my forecast before our forecast meetings. I'm easily able to see what renewals are coming up in each quarter, as well as in previous and future quarters, which makes it very organized. It helps me quickly identify any risks, update their stages, and add notes. It also saves me a lot of time by allowing me to avoid individually writing forecasts and sales notes on each opportunity in Salesforce, as I'm able to do it all in one place. Sometimes there's a lag, and sometimes Aviso is down when I need to do forecasting. There will be a note in our channel that Aviso is not working. So I'll have to either update through another means or directly in Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that the user interface of Aviso is very intuitive and easy to use. I also appreciate the ability to look into opportunities without needing to go into the CRM. The initial setup of Aviso was very easy, which was a nice change from our previous software. When sorting lists it should default to largest to smallest first as it doesn't. The default is small to large, which is often pointless given there will be a number of zero value opps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the IA and the Aviso Score, isn't useful, need to improve, my suggestion is to improve the score with the History of the account, not the Deal, as example there are a lot of score with the review "when move to Closed won, the score will be updated to 100" and this review isn't useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aviso has no shortage of features. We don't utilize everything available, but have never run into the issue of "Aviso doesn't do that" since using the sytem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With any tool there are always bumps in the road regarding implementation and integration. At times, support can be slow to identify and resolve the issue, but there is always an open line of communication. Our Customer Success Manager has turned over a few times in the past year which has contributed to our difficulty in advancing beyond basic features. Aviso works as expected for us as long as we aren't making any changes in the system. Though the team does always eventually resolve any technical issues, it does seem to always be a rocky road to implement new features. An example of this would be MEDDIC - we introduced this functionality early in the year and unfortunately while working a request to connect this back to our CRM the Aviso team lost all of our entered data and did not have a back up. This was a big hit to our team. Aviso is generally user friendly and easy to use, though there are some weird things with saving and updating to CRM (as an example - When entering MEDDIC you have to hit a tiny blue upload arrow every time instead of there being an autosave feature. Updates to the CRM seem to be intermittent and the updates users make in Aviso do not reliably make it to the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
