What do you like best about Aviso?

What I like best about Aviso is how seamlessly it consolidates data from multiple sources and provides clear, actionable insights. What do you dislike about Aviso?

While Aviso provides valuable insights, I sometimes find that the interface feels a bit cluttered, especially when switching between different dashboards. It can take a few extra clicks to get to the specific view or metric I need. "Great for Managing Numbers, but Needs Better Visibility and Intuitive Interface"
What do you like best about Aviso?

I appreciate the focus this tool offers us. At least in the way we've implemented it, I enjoy that it is dedicated solely to managing numbers and forecasts. I also like that, while it provides more advanced features, it remains no more difficult to handle than an Excel spreadsheet—which I mean as a positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aviso?

There isn't a lot of visibility into what I am doing and how its being used. I also can't see my updates impact anything else so it took me a while to even feel like I was doing the right thing. It was easy, but was I doing it right. I also think the interface could be more intuitive. I've learned ways of getting the information to help me be more productive, but it took a lot of exploring and trial and error before I got there.

I guess, it would be nice to have a more dedicated space to update my numbers in a more familiar format and also see how my updates would impact. When I deposit money into my account at the bank, I get a ledger balance. It would be nice to see how my numbers role up, even though the updates haven't been accepted so I could have a "ledger" forecast that includes my non-committed updates. "Convenient Sales Forecasting with Occasional Downtime"
What do you like best about Aviso?

I like how Aviso is convenient and lets me easily and quickly update my forecast before our forecast meetings. I'm easily able to see what renewals are coming up in each quarter, as well as in previous and future quarters, which makes it very organized. It helps me quickly identify any risks, update their stages, and add notes. It also saves me a lot of time by allowing me to avoid individually writing forecasts and sales notes on each opportunity in Salesforce, as I'm able to do it all in one place. What do you dislike about Aviso?

Sometimes there's a lag, and sometimes Aviso is down when I need to do forecasting. There will be a note in our channel that Aviso is not working. So I'll have to either update through another means or directly in Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the IA and the Aviso Score, isn't useful, need to improve, my suggestion is to improve the score with the History of the account, not the Deal, as example there are a lot of score with the review "when move to Closed won, the score will be updated to 100" and this review isn't useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aviso?

Aviso has no shortage of features. We don't utilize everything available, but have never run into the issue of "Aviso doesn't do that" since using the sytem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aviso?

With any tool there are always bumps in the road regarding implementation and integration. At times, support can be slow to identify and resolve the issue, but there is always an open line of communication. Our Customer Success Manager has turned over a few times in the past year which has contributed to our difficulty in advancing beyond basic features. Aviso works as expected for us as long as we aren't making any changes in the system. Though the team does always eventually resolve any technical issues, it does seem to always be a rocky road to implement new features. An example of this would be MEDDIC - we introduced this functionality early in the year and unfortunately while working a request to connect this back to our CRM the Aviso team lost all of our entered data and did not have a back up. This was a big hit to our team. Aviso is generally user friendly and easy to use, though there are some weird things with saving and updating to CRM (as an example - When entering MEDDIC you have to hit a tiny blue upload arrow every time instead of there being an autosave feature. Updates to the CRM seem to be intermittent and the updates users make in Aviso do not reliably make it to the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Forecasting with Intuitive Interface"
What do you like best about Aviso?

I use Aviso for forecasting each week, and it really makes things easier for me. I love that it's super easy to use, so I never have issues getting my forecast up to date. It's also great that Aviso allows me to update Salesforce opportunities without having to open up each individual opportunity. I particularly like how everything is broken out easily by quarter, which helps me see where I'm pacing against my quota as a salesperson. What do you dislike about Aviso?

Sometimes it can freeze or be laggy or give me the 'uh-oh' screen. I think just better updates that make the software not lag as much would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Improved Forecasting Features, Needs UI Optimization"
What do you like best about Aviso?

I like being able to filter by group on the left-hand side. I often filter by the owner name so that I can easily zero in on one individual when I'm doing a one-on-one or through my forecast call. This just makes it easy to focus on one individual at a time, and there are also other filters that help me focus. What do you dislike about Aviso?

For that group by feature that I mentioned, the one thing that's frustrating about it is that whenever I make a change, I need to hit apply. And that the screen refreshes in between selections which makes it feel clunky. Whereas it would be great if it was a little faster and more automatic in updating so that I didn't have to hit the apply button. "Simplifies Opportunity Management with D365 Integration"
What do you like best about Aviso?

I find Aviso's ability to integrate with D365 really useful. It allows me to update opportunity open/close dates and make 'next step' adjustments on the fly. I also appreciate being able to view all of my 'best case' and 'commit' opportunities on one page and update them there, which makes the process much faster. What do you dislike about Aviso?

I'm still learning what the difference is between the AI forecast, sales forecast, and 'from Dynamics' when looking at sales revenue forecasting. It's still confusing at the moment. Not sure the difference between 'AI forecast' and 'adjusted forecast'. It would be helpful to have a definition of 'adjusted forecast' when it's hovered over.
