**What do you like best about Aviso?**

The ability to sync information into Aviso from SFDC and vice versa is great. No matter where an update is made, it's great knowing the data will be accurate. Additionally, the ability to use aviso for reporting is great. Being able to track deals moved out from a specific quarter is a game changer. We no longer need to create snapshots in SFDC as we know Aviso has us covered.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Nothing is coming to mind at the moment but when we have little hiccups our Aviso CSM is always ready to help and is very quick to respond.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aviso is helping us streamline our forecasting by syncing with our CRM and allowing our reps to easily adjust opps in Aviso. Additionally it's helping us with some reporting.

**What do you like best about Aviso?**

Our team uses the Avisio to track our business week by week and sometimes day by day. We find the interface much easier to use than the reporting and forecasting in SalesForce. Our Avsio team has helped us create some great views of our main product lines and we can easily see the Total and Annual contract values.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Sometimes the speed of the tweaks to the UI catch us off guard. The team will head into a forecast call and realize a view has been tweaked and rollup numbers are different than expected. This doesn't happen too often and we usually get an answer pretty quickly, but it does cost us some time.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using the tool to track Rep forecasting accuracy against the AI forecast. During a forecast call we can quickly drill down on a single deal and get status. Being able to go region by region or quickly get to a global view is covenant.

**What do you like best about Aviso?**

Aviso is pretty much the only platform that can be customized to our complex business logic including drawing from multiple sources besides our CRM. The responsiveness of their CSM/product team stand out from other GTM tech platforms which is important when troubleshooting edge cases and updating requirements. I use the Deals module everyday to validate our forecast and to present to executive leadership.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Depending on the business logic and amount of customization required, the implementation process could be prolonged. A lot of trial and error required to configure features upfront (but not much afterward). Heavy duty reports sometimes have long load times but this has improved over the last several months.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Our sales data comes from sources besides our CRM (ie. usage data from Finance) and previously could only be aggregated using spreadsheet models and tableau dashboards. 
-Our forecasting process requires flexibility to change the amounts called at the deal level without changing the details of Salesforce Opportunities.
-Needed a standardized platform for global forecasting and pipeline visibility, and changes in-period to the global forecast

AVISO is an exceptional tracking tool that supports managing a team and provides accurate forecasting for sales, allowing the sales team to focus on proactive selling rather than spending time on reports. Recently, we have been trained on MIKI, which has enhanced our use of the tool significantly. I would like to extend special recognition to JP Niemann, who has personally trained my team in the effective use of the tool. JP's guidance has been invaluable, and he has also shared a great trick to maximize the benefits of AVISO. His support has significantly enhanced our team's performance and efficiency.

Some times, it is challenging to understand all the available data, and it takes time to actaully to update and sync between SFDC and AVISO

Aviso is able to provide insight into sales opportunities and performance in general. Think of Aviso as a reporting solution on the deal cycle but with AI technology that will give much more detailed insights on how you are performing compared to your colleges. It also respects your colleague's privacy as it only provides numbers comparing the broad organization.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

The tool is really built for sales managers and sales leaders. Account Executives do not benefit as much as managers, as we might be able to understand our deal in detail much more than Aviso. However, it still provides some level of insight and helps AE understand what solutions are available in the market once they become managers and how to use them.

It is not the best user friendly tool I've ever used.  No drag and drop capabilities.  Not all fields are editable into SF.com.  There is no mobile app that I'm aware of.

The org chart lay out is great for understanding who is who in the enterprise. I also like the deal score that it assigns, the methodology behind it makes sense

Sometimes the salesforce integration doesn't seem quite right, can lead to bad data .

There is nothing I like about this tool. It constantly breaks, it is slow to load and respond, and lacks basic reporting and analytics tools. I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN!

Everything! There is nothing positive to say about this piece of software. It adds no value to me, my managers, or my AEs for weekly forecasting or managing deals effectively.

I am able to quickly get the information that I need and all in one place... given the different revenue buckets that we forecast on, Aviso has been able to accomodate our changing needs.  I also appreciate the super quick responsiveness of Ajay, our designated Customer Success Account Manager!

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

I'd like to be able to "hide" columns or "freeze" the first columns as I scroll over w/o having to have 30"+ monitor.  Yes.

**What do you like best about Aviso?**

Aviso has created a much clearer, singular platform for us to not only forecast our business but drive our opportunity motion and management across the business. Our leadership team is continually looking at the same insights, data and deal details to make more realistic calls about the business versus relying on a combination of spreadsheets and disparate SFDC reports. We are also continuing to find new ways to refine our views, incorporate new data into Aviso so that we are able to better analyze what we are doing.

Aviso also worked with us closely across the implimentation to launch it ontime and we've had incredibly strong adoption across all sales leaders and AEs. We've had very limited questions/concerns after an initial demo with the field which suggests it's a relatively intuitive platform for many reps.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Since we launched, we have realized a number of additional data elements we want to incorporate into the deal grid and deal card. It's a double edged sword but Aviso makes most/all of the updates themselves on our behalf which alleviates time on our end (good) but also we are dependent on them to make updates.This can take a couple of days depending on their resourcing.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forecasting is the core element we are focused on but it expands beyond that to the more tactical (deal level insights) to the more strategic (planning as a result of insights).

There is nothing positive to report here.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

The solution is slow, often times it doens't sync with SFDC, the reports are terrible and don't represent what is being pulled by the data. The lag between updates makes it difficult to keep notes and other fields up to date. Do not buy.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We originally purchased Aviso as a new sales forecasting tool; however, we have had to suppliment using it with Excel because of performance and accuracy issues.

**What do you like best about Aviso?**

Aviso is able to make me a great summary of my figures and trends, with real recommendations that offer to me to put the focus on the most important leads, being more efficient and ensuring I do not lose the focus when my agenda is overworked. 

This platform could be too much rich and powerfull to learn in a short period the keys of its interface, but the enablement session I received from Magdalene Preethi Thomas was really clear, useful and business oriented.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

All the capabilities I see and use until now are very well developed, taking special care on the user usability.
Perhaps, the reporting scheduling is the single capability I detected as an important pending issue to be developed, although, when I get more experience in the platform, perhaps that will not be necessary.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you assume a big region with different Sales Staff that you need to support horizontally, being the single specialised resource for dozens of people, is very easy to lose the control of the most important leads and the right reporting of everyone, so Aviso is a critical tool that ensures to you to put the focus on the right and most important pending tasks.

Not all the fields are bi-directionally editable with SFDC, so I still have to make updates in SFDC. I would prefer to make all updates in Aviso

Aviso can consolidate multiple forecasting tools including spreadsheets and SFDC combined with sales activity integrations and analytics. Sales people do not like to document things, so the more data we can scrape from the tools they are using, the more time they will have and the better data management will have to make decisions.

**What do you like best about Aviso?**

One of the key components that separates Aviso out from others is its Natural Language Processing (NLP) analytics. Once you log your email to Salesforce, Aviso automatically reads this information and predicts whether a deal is on-track or not. This helps us understand deeper into the emotions expressed by the user as hidden in plain text. It has their added an element of analysis that we never had before with a limited set of analytics tools.

The Win Score Predictors are highly probable of the closure/how they are expected to close. This predictive has been exponentially more accurate in our forecasting and dissertates our efforts from a prospecting standpoint. Meeting highlights with Microsoft Teams is also a great feature. Aviso record the key points and insights from our sales meetings so that no detail is lost in translation.

Our introduction to Aviso was handled exceptionally well, thanks in large part to Jonathan Fitch. He provided 1:1 support throughout the onboarding process and continued to be available for any questions or issues we encountered. Jonathan's dedication and responsiveness made the adoption far less daunting and ensured we were up and running quickly.

There are also falso alarms. Every now and then there are red alerts on deal that are on the verge of closure.

As I work in the software sector I really love the whole design of the Aviso, it's really simple and good looking, user doesn't have any distractions on the dashboard, only usefull info. I use it everyday and so far without any issues. It's easly integrated with our CRM, if I made changes it's visible in Aviso in couple of minutes.

The only minus I see is some missing data, but it could be allso caused by our Corporate side.

Aviso shows me all important data in one dashboard, I don't have to search for reports and edit it, it's already there waiting for me :)

A great dashboard giving you a top level view fo all deals for a specific period. Best part is the Ai tool and next steps tool as well as the history of the deal with the research built in the platform to help us close as much deal as we can. Also, each part of the dashboard enables you to see more on the deals.

Documentation from SFDC, will it be recorded as well via Aviso?
There's a delay/disconnect in the opportunities from SF to Aviso. This could be an integration issue bet SF and Aviso, but it would be best if the data syncs as real time as possible with SF.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick view on all working opps and forecasting in one view. The way that the dashboard is set up and how you can filter accordingly all deals based on urgency.
