**What do you like best about Bonterra Apricot?**

The UI can be easily adjusted to fit specific individual needs. I like the potential use of the Form feature to have an integrated intake service across all our departments, seamlessly integrated into our case management profiles. Providing updates and assigning cases is intuitive and simple.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot?**

The only addition I would prefer is the ability to have a more streamlined and accessible way to make adjustments for our specific use cases. I would love for a way to have an easily editable functionality (similar the simple live editing/updating features of a site like Squarespace) so that refining and updating the platform and our workflows happens on a quicker timeline with more responsiveness. It could also be helpful to have more granular permissions settings so that certain program features (like form development / site adjustments) aren't limited to certain accounts.

**What problems is Bonterra Apricot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apricot is our primary case management software, and could soon replace our other programs as a platform for our intake workflows too. It is the most efficient way to track our mediation case management and client data in a secure way. As a nonprofit we obtained a unique pricepoint that works for us, and the breadth of tools for our account package opens up lots of opportunities for continued streamlined development.

**What do you like best about Bonterra Apricot?**

I use Bonterra Apricot to track participant notes and enter data. I appreciate how it makes note taking simple and keeps everything organized. I can track everything in Apricot, from phone calls to debit survey card replacements. It's extremely easy to use, which helps me stay organized. I also find it convenient to track court date reminders; I can easily verify if a reminder was sent by accessing the Survey's tab to search the data I need. I've never had an issue with logging in.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot?**

With technology moving forward and AI being integrated into almost every aspect of our lives, I feel like Apricot could improve by having its very own form of Co-Pilot.

**What problems is Bonterra Apricot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bonterra Apricot to track participant notes and organize data. It simplifies note-taking and keeps everything in one place. I can track everything easily, like phone calls and court date reminders, making it extremely easy to stay organized and verify information quickly.

**What do you like best about Bonterra Apricot?**

I use Bonterra Apricot for all things case management and I love how it creates a place where I can put all of my clients' information while keeping their details individual. It's really useful for recording, measuring outcomes, and pulling reports. I appreciate the great system for measuring outcomes. It's valuable for showing funders the progress in case management. I also find it very easy to use, thanks to the amazing help we have, which makes it easy to access and fill with information.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot?**

So when I enter in case management narration into their profile, it doesn't cross over into their documents tab. That's a little inconvenient. As well as,, if I upload a document, that information isn't recorded. I wish it could transfer information and the apply info into the document tabs for more ease of access.

**What problems is Bonterra Apricot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bonterra Apricot for case management. It helps me record client outcomes, pull reports, and measure progress. I love that I can manage clients individually but access all their information together.

I use Bonterra Apricot for case management note keeping and tracking client records for various needs like assessments and child's milestones. I appreciate that it keeps my client records in one place that's easy to access. I like the ease of use, how it keeps everything organized in one place, and that it's easy to understand. Every category is labeled, making it simple to know where to put documents, and it allows me to find a client's information quickly online. I find it valuable to just log in, find a client, and see if something is completed. It keeps improving and getting easier.

I wonder if there could be reminders for specific things that need to be done quarterly, or annually, etc.

I use Bonterra Apricot for case management and client records. It solves the problem of keeping records organized and easily accessible. Its ease of use and labeled categories help me find client documents swiftly.

**What do you like best about Bonterra Apricot?**

Bonnie is super helpful actually, the upgrades are very much noticed. The customization ability is unmatched with every EHR I've ever dealt with. Thank you for making it where you can sort through pages of tier 2 records with an arrow button instead of having to return to the view folder.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot?**

Smart Fields. They want to be as good as query fields but they have so many limitations (quick view, searchable, form logic, not alphabetical, etc.) and now we can't even request new queries. Please please create sub folders for Tier 2 forms. Not having anything that gives pop up notifications or flag a participant is also hard to maintain accuracy of data. Please make a way to see which reports a field shows up in. This is very difficult when a field is deactivated to find which reports will break as a result of the deactivated field. Being able to export searchable results would be amazing. Your likert scale appears as a number in the PDF print view, please make it appear like a likert scale would. Being able to pull reports like results within native reporting would be a dream come true. Please make it happen where the view of the tier 2 forms shows up in creation date order NOT in modification date order, PLEASE. Form permissions are honestly a pain. We set up multiple programs and it just created bigger problems for us between maintaining the user permission sets and program access. This could be better streamlined.

Bonterra Apricot solves the challenge of managing client data, case notes, and reporting in one centralized system. **What do you like best about Bonterra Apricot?**

It is a useful tool for synthesizing our data and being able to aggregate across different forms. We are a non-traditional partner whose primary interest is gathering data behind total kids we serve in various hospitals, grouped in myriad ways such as by specialist, unit, hospital, etc. While the learning curve took some time with helpful techs, I now feel confident in building out various needs and our team has bought in to daily use easily. The customer support team is usually prompt and help me to resolve issues that spring up quickly.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot?**

Apricot Results Reporting has been clunky to adopt, as I often run into issues with load time and losing work if I am not diligently saving. It does eventually compute the totals I am after but I am reticent to build more things out as I am not always confident that it will implement. The load time on native reports can often time out as well; these issues are usually temporary but have slowed down workflows in a few spots.

**What problems is Bonterra Apricot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It pulls all of our program data under one platform and has eliminated the old way of having data logged only across spreadsheets. The data is used for program management and also to provide key information to funders.

**What do you like best about Bonterra Apricot?**

I find Bonterra Apricot very intuitive and I enjoy using it. I can organize my workflow easily and transition smoothly from screen to screen. I appreciate having everything in one spot, a place to keep documents, and the ability to edit as needed. I also like the ease of the program and how easy it is to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot?**

There have been times when I completed a full assessment for a client at the very end and tried to save it, but it wouldn't allow me to. I had to delete everything and start from the beginning, causing my client to repeat the same answers. So I had to open Word at the same time to remember my notes. I also find if I have to add a document that's probably a year old or so, it doesn't go into chronological order. It goes in the folder as a new entry. I then have to go in again and alter the most recent ones to put them back in chronological order.

I find Bonterra Apricot very intuitive, helping me organize my workflow and easily navigate between screens. It keeps everything in one spot, allowing document storage and editing as needed, although saving issues sometimes require workarounds.

I like how easy Bonterra Apricot is to use. The ease of using the system allows me to quickly get my notes done, giving me time to do other things. I really enjoy how easy Apricot makes it to quickly get my work in, especially since note-taking is probably my least favorite part of my job. I love Apricot because it's a lot easier to use than other programs we used before, like MyEvolve and Tier. It was really easy to learn how to navigate the system, and the setup process was smooth.

**What do you like best about Bonterra Apricot?**

I like that Bonterra Apricot is easy to use once you try it two or three times and that it allows a large amount of data to be hosted on the platform. Additionally, I appreciate the ease it provides when it comes to displaying and sharing data with others. I also like their customer service, as they resolved my problems and questions quickly, usually on the same day if there was any issue with a report.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot?**

First, how to change some filters within the reports. Before, it was very easy to change something, now you have to do it by changing the script and that takes more time and is more laborious. For me specifically, I think it was not an implementation that improves my work, rather, it makes it even more complicated. Another point is that many times Bonterra Apricot takes too long to load and in certain forms where I have many fields, the form constantly presents errors when I want to change something. It literally takes me hours to change a single field because the form fails and fails constantly. And finally, with the new update, I no longer have access to customer service via chat.

I like the simplicity of Apricot. The system can essentially be navigated without any training, and I have never struggled to find an area on the website that I needed to access. I also appreciate the clean aesthetic of Apricot. I use Apricot everyday, and I have yet to find myself struggling with the website. The navigation system is simple and easy to do, and I also have found the implementation to be easy as well.

The only downside I have found for Apricot is the difficulty to delete any forms or information after they have been saved in the system.

Apricot allows us to keep all of our file items and documentation in one location, and our organization as a whole can share access to these files. Apricot also solves the issue of having to use any paper documentation or forms because we file all items online, document online, and send links for outside users to complete needed forms and uploaded documents.

I like the modular design for records and results reporting, as well as the new reporting tool, which feels similar to Tableau.

The new login process, along with the removal of some admin features, will make it more difficult to manage users without having to submit a ticket with Bonterra.

I like that Bonterra Apricot is easy to use and user-friendly. It's really easy to retrieve client data, which saves me time and makes my work more efficient since I can pull files out really easily. The initial setup was pretty easy too, just a twenty-minute training with my supervisor and I was good to go.

I dislike that sometimes if you haven't used Bonterra Apricot in a while, it keeps asking for a new password all the time. I understand it might be for security reasons, but it's annoying.

I use Bonterra Apricot to report client notes and manage case study documentation, which helps me check past reports easily. It centralizes client data, making access straightforward and saving time, unlike our previous scattered system with physical reports and spreadsheets.

I appreciate how simple it is to manage a large amount of data all in one place. The ability to link families and monitor details for each individual within those families is especially useful. I use this site nearly every day for my work, and I find that entering data is both quick and precise. When I first began using it, the straightforward implementation was a big help, especially since the job itself can be quite complex.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot?**

One drawback I’ve noticed is that some of the data appears in a font size that’s a bit too small. It would be easier to read if the text were slightly larger and brighter. I am aware that I can zoom in or adjust my screen’s brightness, but having these improvements built in would be helpful.

One of the problems that Bonterra Apricot is solving is a large amount of data over a long period of time and keeping it all organized and available to populate.

It's helpful for me to look back at the outline and history of the individuals I've served. Once I got the hang of it, I really enjoy how easy it is to store client information, data and stats, and several other types of information such as collaborations with organizations, etc.

Sometimes it feels like it too many clicks to get to the page or tab I want to get to.  I also feel Apricot could be slightly more user/learner friendly.

Connecting data points.  For example, the fact that I am able to add my students information under specific strategies or events (when the student has participated and engaged in these, or their families) is major for me.  That connection alone on Apricot can give us a lot of great data we can use to state our case to funding sources and prove the efficacy of our efforts and strategies.  Being able to enter data for each event or that is related to a specific strategy is very helpful.

It is a great tool that allows you to capture a lot of important information and data that can then be important for future growth. It holds our data... but it's the most expensive file system. I'd rather go back to paper files.

We've had this program for 5 years and are still lacking in reporting properly. We pay tens of thousands of dollars, more than our HR and Accounting software combined for a product that isn't the workhorse that you have promised it to be. We pay for an ASC and extra hours, but they haven't performed at a level that is helpful at all to us. I've had to reach out to other agencies personally to get anyone who has any idea of the things that we do, and we are hobbling along to get accurate data.
