We've had this program for 5 years and are still lacking in reporting properly. We pay tens of thousands of dollars, more than our HR and Accounting software combined for a product that isn't the workhorse that you have promised it to be. We pay for an ASC and extra hours, but they haven't performed at a level that is helpful at all to us.
