What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot? Sometimes it feels like it too many clicks to get to the page or tab I want to get to. I also feel Apricot could be slightly more user/learner friendly. For example, the fact that I am able to add my students information under specific strategies or events (when the student has participated and engaged in these, or their families) is major for me. That connection alone on Apricot can give us a lot of great data we can use to state our case to funding sources and prove the efficacy of our efforts and strategies. Bonterra Apricot is a well rounded tool that allows clinics and users to create very adaptable forms, links and documents that are very unique to you and your situation. It is a great tool that allows you to capture a lot of important information and data that can then be important for future growth. I have not found Bonterra Apricot's data reporting tools and data analysis tools as user friendly as I would like. They do have good customer support but some of their software features are not usable when I sent them to patients so that took away some of the benefit of their newest features.
