I like the ease of use and how simple it is to input data for our residents on a daily basis. Its easy to enter new data for incoming residents and complete a file for discharged residents. I dislike the fact that it is somewhat difficult to reach out for assistance when they application is having issues at times. It will take a few days sometimes before hearing anything back. Bonterra Apricot gives us a digital file for our residents that is easy to use and access for each employee here at the organization. it allows us to update the residents files with any new information right away at any time and we don't have to worry about messing up in writing. I enjoy how it provides drop-down options for topics in files, making report writing more straightforward. When creating a visit report, the options for program, time, and the clearly sectioned-out spaces for information like the visit summary and contact person streamline my work. It eliminates the need to call or send emails to our various programs, acting as a one-stop-shop for us as we have many programs and referrals to do. I have been using Bonterra Apricot for about five years for work, and I find it very beneficial for case management. It helps me keep up with what we're doing and facilitates the gathering of information needed to move our residents forward. The case management portion is particularly helpful to me and stands out as a feature that I find very useful in my work tasks.
