It it slow to load some times but that is understandable. I also get weird error notices that are not familiar to our Administrator. My only issue is that there is no auto-correct , I dont get redline on misspelled words , so its a lot of going back and figuring out if something is spelled correctly. Apricot allows our organization to capture and link data when we need it and as we need it. It is a flexible platform that allows us to customize forms and records to suit the needs of our programs. We use Apricot daily for invoicing, case management, dashboards, data reporting, and event management. Our program team could not operate without the assistance of Apricot. The initial learning curve can be a challenge for staffers who are not familiar with relational databases; however, most find the software to be intuitive and easy to learn. Every time I have called tech support, every person has been friendly and knowledgeable. Implementing was breezy. I have easily trained all new users. Reporting is great. Bonterra Case is easy to use and gets the job done. It is helpful to be able to use multiple features to locate a client (eg, phone number, name, and counselor name, among others) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot? Every now and then I have issues with locating a client. I've been using this software for over 5 years now and this is very rare. But, knowing the client exists you just keep searching. It might be a matter of using their phone number, or just logging off and then logging back on. I would say this is an uncommon occurrence on the average. Our clinic does not use billing and some clients use aliases due to our services being confidential. Bonterra was also easy to learn and is user friendly to maintain. The list of item gise the user the order to follow when enetering in information. From the overview aspect it is easy to look at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot? The least helpful aspect of this program is the timeout feature. While typing in lenghty progress notes it always a good idea to save regulraly and often or one can loose their notes. The secon issues comes while trying to uese the View Folder function- soemtimes an error message pops up and the entire page will not load. This doesn't happen often, however whne it does it seems to be an all day issue. Loggin out and back in doesn't seem to fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
