It's really easy to retrieve client data, which saves me time and makes my work more efficient since I can pull files out really easily. I dislike that sometimes if you haven't used Bonterra Apricot in a while, it keeps asking for a new password all the time. I understand it might be for security reasons, but it's annoying. I appreciate how simple it is to manage a large amount of data all in one place. The ability to link families and monitor details for each individual within those families is especially useful. I use this site nearly every day for my work, and I find that entering data is both quick and precise. What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot? One drawback I’ve noticed is that some of the data appears in a font size that’s a bit too small. It would be easier to read if the text were slightly larger and brighter. I am aware that I can zoom in or adjust my screen’s brightness, but having these improvements built in would be helpful. I really enjoy using Bonterra Apricot as a platform. I like its usability because, to me, it's pretty easy to use. Although it took me a few weeks to figure it out initially, now I've been using it, and I feel very familiar with it. I also appreciate the reporting system that Bonterra Apricot offers. The updates mention new features, but navigating the platform to find these features is challenging and unclear to me. This confusion is compounded by difficulties in distinguishing when I can access 'Bonterra' features versus 'Apricot' features, and I often struggle to understand how to utilize these functionalities effectively.
