I love using Anchor because it streamlines my collections process and getting my engagement letters signed immediately. One area for improvement is the customization options for reporting. Anchor is a one-stop shop for all things Onboarding. It allows me to set my agreement terms and save them so they automatically attach to each proposal I send. The proposals are easily customizable and I can create as many services as I need to with different prices which can also be changed or discounted at the time of proposal. It's user-friendly and my clients seem happy with it. The clients are also able to update their payment method themselves and Anchor relieves me of having to receive their full account information. The payment deposits aren't next-day like they are with the other payment processor I use. However, as much as I'd love to get the payments next day, the reason I don't is because Anchor verifies that the payment has gone through before I get the deposit, which has saved me from getting payments withdrawn a couple days later for NSF. The fees Anchor charges are fixed and reasonable. This is the software that I use every time I have a new prospect. It was a smooth transition from my old processor, and it integrates with my Quickbooks, pushing payments and customers through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Anchor? There is only one drawback that I've come across which is that if there is an active agreement with a client, they can't update their own email address.
