  ### 1. Good for 1:1 Meetings and Standing Meetings

**What do you like best about All Elements?**

I like that it keeps track of the series itself, and that it pre-populates meeting templates for items we visit every time at each meeting.

**What do you dislike about All Elements?**

The calendar customizations beg some additional work. The ability to update the series or choose a frequency that isn't one of the 'norms' (weekly, every month, etc...) needs some additional features for it to be more valuable. I wish that it auto-saved the notes and upates to the agenda so you don't have to click the green save button each time. Every once in a while, we've lost data that someone put in the shared notes.

**What problems is All Elements solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps track of standing 1:1 meetings between employees and helps us when our consultant success manager meets with contractors to keep track of things that we need to go over procedurally or business-related internal updates and improvements.

**What do you like best about All Elements?**

The best about this is it brings everything under one roof. It has a collaborative approach toward people which increases communication and enhances overall performance.

**What do you dislike about All Elements?**

It's fulfilling my goal nicely, and I don't find any cons so far which is a great thing.

**Recommendations to others considering All Elements:**

I love the culture boost element and would like to recommend this to everyone.

**What problems is All Elements solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was facing a communication gap, and it helped us to create a bridge that eliminates the communication gap. In addition, it helps us to achieve our goal by improving the performance

I like two things most:
1- that both parties can log their agenda items in one place
2- the suggested questions that enhance the quality of my 1-1s

**What do you dislike about All Elements?**

It would be so much better if some key functionality of All Elements were available on a mobile app or otherwise mobile friendly.

**What problems is All Elements solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adding quality and structure to 1-1s.

It can track our conversations and look back on discussions. I like being able to build the agenda and see what my manager wants to talk about in advance.

Sometimes difficult to make agenda items complete.
