What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

One of the biggest concern which I observed the the cost, however probably it's organization mind set that is changing and will change down the line to compare what this offers vs cost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and Flexible, but Comes with Complexity"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I like how Agentforce Sales brings customer data, pipeline activity, and sales workflows into one place. It gives teams a clear view of what’s happening across the customer journey while providing the flexibility to customize processes, automate repetitive work, and scale as the organization grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The biggest drawback is the complexity. Agentforce Sales is incredibly powerful, but that flexibility can also make it difficult to configure, maintain, and use consistently across teams. Customizations can add up over time, creating processes that feel more complicated than they need to be. It can also require significant administrative support and ongoing training to make sure teams are getting the full value from the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and Flexible Sales Platform, Flexible Sales Platform—But Complex to Configure and Master"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like best about Agentforce Sales is how it brings together customer data, opportunity management, and sales activities in a single platform. It provides a clear view of the entire sales cycle and makes it easier for teams to collaborate, track opportunities, and prioritize the right actions.

I also appreciate the flexibility of the platform and its ability to adapt to different sales processes. The integration of AI and automation capabilities is increasingly valuable, as it can reduce repetitive tasks and help sales teams focus more on customer interactions and higher-value activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The main drawback is the overall complexity of the platform. Agentforce Sales is extremely powerful and flexible, but this can also make configuration and day-to-day use less intuitive, especially for new users.

Some processes require several steps or significant customization to work efficiently, and the user experience can sometimes feel more complex than necessary. In addition, getting the most value from the platform often requires strong implementation and governance, rather than simply relying on out-of-the-box capabilities. "Comprehensive CRM with Room for Financial Tracking Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I really like how Agentforce Sales helps with activity tracking and generating reports, these features are really important for my work. Pipeline management also works really great and makes handling sales much easier. I'm pleased with the lead sharing capabilities, which is essential for my team. We can also customize the system for tracking our book of business, which adds a lot of value. Integrating the system with tools like Tableau CRM is something that I find useful as it enhances our data analytics capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I think financial account tracking in Agentforce Sales needs improvement. Right now, it's not really built well, and I believe we could enhance the way financial accounts are tracked, not just within the FSC, but also in Sales Cloud. There's also the suggestion to have roll-up summaries, breakdowns by products, by book of business, and year-on-year sales. Improvements could also include suggesting which accounts need defending to maintain your business or which could be deepened to grow it. All this data should ideally come from financial accounts. Additionally, the house ability within Sales Cloud, which is currently only in FSE, should be available too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentforce Sales: AI That Automates Salesforce Tasks and Speeds Up Selling"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I like that Agentforce Sales brings together everything we already use in Salesforce with AI that can genuinely help get the work done. Tasks like account research, opportunity updates, follow-ups, and sales insights can be automated, rather than requiring reps to constantly update the CRM by hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I couldn’t think of any major drawbacks at first, but the biggest downside is the complexity. Agentforce Sales is very powerful; however, configuring, customizing, and maintaining it can take significant time and often requires specialized expertise. The AI capabilities also need careful setup and ongoing monitoring to make sure the recommendations and generated content stay accurate and relevant. In addition, licensing and overall costs can become significant as more users are added and you expand the capabilities you rely on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automation also helps reduce repetitive work and allows teams to focus more on important sales activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

One thing I dislike about Agentforce Sales is that it can feel complex when there are many fields, customizations, and workflows involved. What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The biggest benefit for me is having customer and sales information all in one place. It saves time on manual tasks, makes it easier to stay organized, and gives me a clearer view of opportunities and customer activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The biggest downside is the amount of configuration and tuning required to get Agentforce Sales working reliably. Results are highly dependent on the quality of your Salesforce data.. sometimes it can feel too complicated and like we’re missing out on capabilities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Potential for Secure AI Agents in Salesforce Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like best is the potential to bring AI agents directly into sales workflows while leveraging existing Salesforce data and business processes. From an integration perspective, I’m particularly interested in how Agentforce can connect with enterprise systems through MuleSoft, APIs, and governed data to provide agents with the right context and capabilities securely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

It can feel a little complex when you’re trying to connect Agentforce with existing systems and make sure everything is secure and well governed. I’d like to see simpler integration and monitoring options, especially as more companies start using multiple AI agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentforce Sales Supercharges CRM with AI-Driven Automation and Recommendations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I like how Agentforce Sales combines the core CRM capabilities of Sales Cloud with AI agents that can automate repetitive sales work, provide intelligent recommendations, and help sellers focus more on customer relationships and closing deals. The ability to use CRM data and business context to support prospecting, pipeline management, account research, and opportunity updates is especially valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The main challenge is the complexity. Agentforce Sales has many powerful features, but configuration, customization, and integration can become difficult to manage, especially in large organizations with complex business processes. I would also like to see simpler setup, easier troubleshooting, and clearer visibility into how AI-driven actions and recommendations are determined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
