"✍️ Powerful and Flexible, but Complex and Expensive"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

✍️ Salesforce is highly configurable and can support complex sales processes without forcing the business into a rigid model. Its biggest strengths are the ecosystem, automation capabilities, reporting, and the number of integrations available with other enterprise systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

✍️ Salesforce can become complex to administer, especially as customizations, automations, and integrations accumulate over time. The platform changes frequently, which can create additional admin effort and require users to continuously adapt. Licensing and add on costs can also increase quickly. In addition, the sales approach can sometimes feel overly aggressive, particularly around upgrades, additional products, and renewals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salesforce: The Ultimate CRM for Effortless Business Automation"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like most about Agentforce Sales is how it brings sales activities, customer information, and AI assistance together in one place. It helps sales teams manage leads and opportunities more efficiently, while the AI features can assist with tasks like summarizing records, generating content, and providing useful insights. I also like how customizable the platform is, so it can be adapted to different sales processes and workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

One thing I find challenging is that Agentforce Sales can take some time to set up and customize properly, especially when you have complex sales processes. There are a lot of configuration options, which can make the platform feel overwhelming for new users. Some advanced AI and automation capabilities also require additional setup and understanding before they can be used effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentforce Sales Centralizes Customer Data with Powerful Dashboards and Automation"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like most is how it keeps all customer and sales information in one place, making it much easier to manage leads, opportunities, and follow-ups. The reporting and dashboards provide a clear view of pipeline performance, and the automation features help reduce repetitive tasks so sales teams can spend more time building relationships and closing deals. I also like how customizable it is and how well it integrates with other tools, making it adaptable for different business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

While Agentforce Sales is a powerful platform, it has a fairly steep learning curve, especially for new users. Some tasks can require multiple clicks or feel more complex than they need to be, and customizing workflows or reports often requires additional training or administrative support. It can also become expensive as businesses add more features or users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salesforce Streamlines Business Workflows with a User-Friendly, Data-Driven Platform"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

It helps integrate various aspects of the business into one platform, making work easier and more efficient. The interface is very user-friendly, so it’s easy to learn and adapt to. It also supports reporting, which helps the business take a more data-driven approach to decision-making. It stays updated with ongoing trends and makes it easier to integrate something radical like AI. As a huge software product, Salesforce has a dedicated support team that can assist with errors and help resolve issues smoothly. It also works with existing systems, so there are no problems with overall system performance. I believe Salesforce is the friendly option out there with competitive pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

It does take time to get used to. Making changes on the existing platform requires support and a dedicated team. The user interface and making changes to the available tabs could be more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentforce Sales Delivers Clear Lead Visibility and Smoother Marketing-to-Sales Handoff"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

agentforce sales has helped bridge the gap between our marketing campaign and the sales pipelines, instead of simply generating leads and handling them off , i can now monito how prospects progress through the sales journey and understanding which campaign contribute the most to qualified opportunities,, this visibility has made our marketing efforts much more measurable. my favorite feature is the centralized view of lead activity, i can quickly check campaign sources, monitor engagement, history and see when a prospect has been contacted by the sales team. the automation for lead assignment and follow up reminders keeps the handoff process smooth and reduces manual coordination, i use it for tracking campaign generated leads, updating campaign member records, monitoring lead conversion ,the interface is intuitive and customizable , list view ,dashboard and filter make it easy to focus on active campaign and high priority leads without spending time searching for information. its integration with Google workspace and Jira is useful , Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

one thing i dislike about agentforce sales is that creating highly customized campaign report and dashboard can take some time, especially when multiple marketing metrics need to be combined, the platform is feature rich, so new users may initially find the navigation and configuration options, overwhelming , i also thing build updates for campaign members and marketing record could be more streamlined to reduced repetitive work. the said once the system is configured, it perform reliably and provides excellent visibilty into leads ,campaign and customer interactions. "Scalable CRM for Modern Enterprise Sales Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

From an implementation perspective, Sales Cloud integrates well with other Salesforce products such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft, making it a strong platform for enterprise digital transformation rather than just a CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

One challenge is that the platform has a learning curve. Without proper governance, organizations may over-customize the system, making future maintenance more difficult. Successful implementation requires thoughtful data modeling, security design, and user adoption planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Integration Enhances CRM Usability"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I use Salesforce every day in my work. I like that Agentforce Sales has an AI tool built within the CRM system because it can access information directly from where we store it, saving me the hassle of copying and pasting data. It's great that the AI tool can use the provided context when I need it to compare information across different objects or find definitions online. I find it valuable to have the AI tool in a system where the data is already stored safely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I wish I could make a list of rules for when I talk to the Agentforce Coworker (AI tool) so I can tell it not to compliment me too much. Like, some of the safeguards, the guardrails, that are useful with AI, I have not found a place to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Automations, Steep Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I like the automations and workflows in Agentforce Sales that help ensure no opportunities are missed, especially those close to closing or at risk. The full 360 customer view through the Sales Cloud is really beneficial. I also appreciate the reports and dashboards, which can be scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly, giving the executives and board a quick glance at the business status and allowing them to see any risky opportunities that need saving. Additionally, having access to Agentforce Sales on mobile is a big plus, as it lets me check everything I can on the desktop while on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The complexity of Agentforce Sales is quite overwhelming, particularly when it comes to creating workflows, as there's a significant learning curve involved. You have to learn flows and Apex, Salesforce's developer language, to create automations, which isn't easy for everyone. Troubleshooting workflows requires going into the debug logs and creating fault parts, adding to the difficulty. Although there are auditing tools to see changes made, the integration feels like it should be smoother and less trouble-prone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The biggest challenge is the complexity that can come with implementing and governing Agentforce at enterprise scale. Getting consistent, high-quality results requires clean CRM data, well-designed processes, strong security controls, and careful management of customizations and AI actions.
