Beyond a generic security page, I’d ask for the reseller’s data-processing terms, access-control model, breach and incident procedures, subcontractor list, data-location practices, and documentation showing how employee data is handled during implementation and support. I’d also make responsibility for regulatory requirements explicit in the contract rather than assume the reseller owns them.&lt;/p&gt;
