As a software company, we at KlickTipp appreciate its precision in lead attribution tracking most about adtribute. The accuracy in tracking customer acquisition across multiple touchpoints and adtribute's custom attribution models help us understand the true customer journey and cost of our leads. The platform seamlessly integrates with our existing marketing stack, and the intraday data sync means we can quickly identify which marketing efforts are generating high-quality leads versus just volume. We also like the BI layer of the platform as we can not only analyze acquistion but also metrics like LTV to get a full picture of how valuable certain efforts are in the long run. The customer support team has been exceptional via Slack - they actually understand the complexities of B2B lead attribution and provide technical guidance rather than just basic troubleshooting. What do you dislike about adtribute?

The initial setup can be quite complex due to the platform's extensive customization capabilities, and there's definitely a learning curve involved. However, the support team is exceptional and handles most of the complexity during onboarding while responding quickly to any questions that arise. Given the quality of support we've received, there's honestly not much to complain about - the initial complexity is well worth the flexibility you gain once everything is configured properly. What do you like best about adtribute?

We started using Adtribute.io to get a more accurate view of what’s actually driving conversions, and the biggest standout has been the support and the tailored reporting.

The support team is genuinely hands-on. They’re responsive, clear, and fast solving—when we had questions, we didn’t just get quick replies, we got guidance that helped us understand why we were seeing certain results and what to do next. It feels more like having an attribution partner than just a software vendor.

On the reporting side, what I like best is how customized it is to our needs. Instead of forcing us into generic dashboards, Adtribute helped shape reports around our channels, campaigns, and decision-making process. The reports make it much easier to explain performance internally and align stakeholders, because they present attribution in a way that’s straightforward and easy to interpret.

Also they are very detail-oriented. They normally share Loom video explaining the difficult questions and they are following up on any unsolved or remaining issues

we can’t always get the level of “real” granular Amazon data we’d like inside the platform—this seems largely driven by Amazon’s limitations rather than Adtribute itself.

What do you like best about adtribute?

In the technical field of performance marketing attribution, there are naturally quite a few complex hurdles. Adtribute manages to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. While some tools might look flashier or offer fancier interfaces, Adtribute stands out for its reliability, accuracy, and, most importantly, the personal touch.

The onboarding was smooth, and their team went above and beyond what was initially agreed upon, especially when it came to clean UTM tracking, lead integration, and technical setup. Support is always responsive and genuinely helpful. You can tell the company is growing, yet the quality of service remains consistently high.

Pricing is also very fair. We have a fixed price model (not performance-based), which fits perfectly for a company of our size. For smaller businesses, a performance-based model might be more attractive, but for us, the flat rate brings clarity and peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about adtribute?

There’s honestly very little to complain about. As the company grows, new software interfaces and onboarding processes naturally require some extra setup time, especially around connectors and integrations in the beginning.

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be to expand the standalone analytics and reporting capabilities. Some larger competitors offer their own dashboards or platforms. That said, using Looker Studio (with Adtribute’s optimized setup) works perfectly well for our needs, and I understand that building a full proprietary UI would be a major development effort.
