Display detailed information on Amazon fees (e.g. FBA fee, commissions), PPC spend, return costs, promotion costs, and your fixed costs (e.g. Virtual Assistant, Prep Center). You can also view by time period (today, yesterday, or this month) and by product. Our flexible charts enable quick and convenient analysis of your Key Performance Indicators. Everything is customizable: KPI's (e.g., sales, units, profit, return costs, etc.), time frame and granularity of the output (e.g., last year by month, last month by day). The view can be filtered by marketplace or product (with multi-selection). See summary information or drill down into the product list by every period and into product details. What do you like best about sellerboard?

As an amazon seller, we get a very sophistictaed and detailed view on our numbers. This is core for a the understanding of your businesses performance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about sellerboard?

Speed should not be an issue anymore, at least nowadays. Often we wait minutes for numbers to show up, sometimes they even just arn't displayed at all.

It is also not very ETL friendly. Exports often change in columns, column names, or they just dont work for days. So don't try to implement Sellerboard into your BI setup.

Their roadmap / new features focus on broadening their offering, instead of refining their core features. This leads to many features, that can only be used in a very basic setup (amazon ads, FBA shipment creation etc.), that is easily beaten by other specialised tools. What do you like best about sellerboard?

-User friendly dashboard.

-Provides detailed summary of "Amazon Fees" and shows FBA storage fees, Long term storage fee

-Planner helps keep inventory in check and their graphs visually shows you when to expect the item to go out of stock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about sellerboard?

Customer service usually responds within 24 hours via chat. However, each message does take between 12-24 hours to respond after initiating the converstation.

Also, their pricing structure in calculating the order sales numbers to put you in a pricing tier is NOT based on calendar month. They calculate using your billing cycyle, so be aware.

Although they calculate TACOS [under Real ACOS], they do not display ACOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
