Active collaboration helped us adding billable time for the project tasks. It helps adding billable or non billable option to the logged time against a task. Active collab also provided us custom reports and options to custmize the modules further with our own hosted version. we can improve UI for activeCollab like drag and drop. like jira and other project management tool, there may be more filter for evolving progress of employee. There should be sprint planning section in active collab. there must be a story writing section which helps to track and manage project as well as time also. Something I like about ActiveCollab is the way it allows you to group projects, each information and group. In my work it is very necessary to be able to determine and focus difficult tasks, ActiveCollab makes it possible since its platform has tools that do what is necessary for each project to be positive, also allows the power to collaborate with the other team members, being able to delegate tasks with just two click to any member or attached users. It is an easy program to classify clients and campaigns. Another aspect that I like is that users can select the number of emails that ActiveCollab receives. It seems to me that ActiveCollab is a bit confused software since it is an all-inclusive tool that lacks features that other project management programs have. Similarly, ActiveCollab has no customization options for the appearance of the platform, so if you want to communicate with your customers, you will only receive active collaboration email, with only a small mention of you and your company. It is a great tool, I find it very easy to classify some clients and good campaigns, it has many features that are great when it starts to be used, it keeps me in good order with my tasks and I can plan my projects and review them daily. I would like to have a good support in the technical support at the time of registering a problem, it becomes somewhat tedious not to have an answer that helps to solve and inconvenience exactly, to get an answer you have to go to activecollab.com and raise the situation. The cost is pretty competitive and does 90% of what we need on a daily basis. Once you get projects set up and people assigned, it's quite easy to quickly set up new tasks within the project and streamline a basic process for management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd like to see more filter options and visual options. We moved over from a folder based system which just had a lot more options when it came to viewing tasks and folders within a project. The folders also let us give access to certain people in a hierarchy system. Right now, when I open a project I'm presented with a long list of tasks that can sometimes feel very overwhelming. My team swares off of ActiveCollab, it is the best way to keep organized and communicate with the client.
