It is a great scheduling tool that is easy to use, especially when you are managing a high volume of accounts because you break them up into workspaces to prevent overlaps or mistakes. It's an overall great tool

**What do you dislike about Publer?**

Nothing in particular really jumps out to me when asked this question other than the price does get quite high when managing a large volume of accounts since it is by social connections instead of groups. for instance I manage the socials of 16 restaurants and that translates to 48 licenses when you each has a tik tok, instagram, and facebook page.

**What problems is Publer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us automate the posting process for a high volume of accounts. This allows us to spend time on each brand individually and stagger the work because you give your time to one brand one week and can build a automated pipeline of content for the month and then the next week you can focus on the next brand.

What sets Publer apart is its outstanding UX design. It is much more modern and intuitive than other tools I’ve used. The Bulk Scheduling and the visual Calendar view make managing multiple accounts seamless. Also, the integration with Canva is a huge efficiency booster.

The mobile app is functional but doesn't feel as smooth or polished as the desktop version yet. I’d love to see more granular analytics for Instagram Reels in the future.

It's easy to use and the time table isn't too big so it's easy to see all my poast for any given day.

X wasn't avaliable to try out on the free account, and I also couldn't get the tag function to work. It's possible it is a paid feature, but it didn't say. It just didn't post my stuff, and I had to go back in and remove all the tags.

I've never talked to customer service before. I just sent them a message about me leaving reviews on my personal accounts and my wotk accounts, as I use a different name for social media.
