Our only issue is sometimes the content created may not match our desired voice, but SocialBee is willing to re-create content when we request it.

There are some features that I would like to see over time, but overall, I am happy with Social Bee

Once I set up my scheduled posts, I can count on Social Bee to post them on my behalf. I love the automation! Setting up my posts in Social Bee helps me to organize my social media posts without using a calendar somewhere else.

Appreciate that it is easy to use, even for a complete novice. Some of the features are especially handy, such as the ability to save hashtags — a definite plus

It takes out a chunk of the work involved in the day-to-day tasks of social media management.

I like that the basic "unit" is the piece of content, not an individual social post. Social Bee accounts for multiple posts/variations and still keeps you from posting about same content too frequently.

There's not really anything I dislike; I think it's a better fit if you post a lot of different content and produce a lot of original content.

Oh, man! Managing the proportions of content types (original, promotional, curated, etc.) so I don't have to worry about irritating followers.

Social bee has been great for consistent posting and my Instagram gets compliments all the time. I would pair with their complimentary services to grow your following.

Need to keep on them about using different websites for content when hiring them for social media. They are very responsive though and allow feedback on what they post.

Our Concierge Services had a pricing increase as they are delivered by social media experts that need:

2. New tools to support the quality of our work.
3. Yearly R&D (research and development) initiatives for each service.

We're trying our best to keep our packages accessible for businesses of all sizes, while also looking at the industry's average pricing.

Excellent flow and a great time saver for managing multiple SM accounts and businesses. Great support.

Tagging other SM pages and profiles - an industry problem that is not yet resolved to 100% by anybody.

I am saving time and energy as the app is resolving 99% of the repetitive tasks.

This platform integrates with all the major social media platforms in one place. This makes it easy and seamless to schedule everything in one spot for all platorms.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

It is tedious to onboard and get all the information set up on the platform. Once in, the bulk feature helps to alleviate repetition, but overall still a lot to get started.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of going into each platform one by one, we can schedule posts in bulk, cutting down on everyday time. It is all very organized, so it is easy to stay on top of things too.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

SocialBee is a great marketing tool to schedule and recycle content on leading social sites. It also allows you to organize content into categories and apply unique settings to them.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

Not possible to export posts from categories. We have to contact customer support for that. Mobile app is also not there. So We can't manage posts on the go.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just schedule the content and forget. It automatically shares posts on connected profiles at regular intervals. It is also possible to upload custom images for each profile.

SocialBee is just an excellent way to keep you in front of the world. To be there is an advanced yet simple way of tying Social Media together and heightening search results.

The startup was a bit slow or getting used to their way of doing things. Most of it was my failure! Thanks to Julia and Marie!

Early to tell, but I can say I look forward to incredible results from using ScoialBee to keep us out front!

They allow us to automate the scheduling process of various popular social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. It saves a lot of time. Earlier I have used the Hootsuite trial but I liked this tool.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

I have been using SocialBee since October 2019. I have set up posts and scheduled them months in advance for Linkedin, Facebook, and Twitter. SocialBee has been reliable. The flexibility to schedule, reschedule, cancel, etc., is relatively easy. My posting needs are relatively simple, however, should our organization grow and need more options, such as inserting media into posts or a deeper dive into analytics, it's all there.

SocialBee's mobile app is very limited. For example, posts can only be edited from the web version of SocialBee. Nevertheless, the app works well for sending reminders for posting to Facebook's personal pages (Facebook requires manual posting to personal pages).

Our organization is small. As one who wears many hats, being able to stack posts well in advance has been a time saver, and has provided needed consistency in posting to the most popular social media platforms.

SocialBee has made it possible to focus on content more and it's scheduling less. Earlier I used to spend hours on drafting, managing, and posting the content that I created for Meetanshi. But not anymore. Thanks to this tool that automated the process by allowing me to schedule my social media posts. I started using Buffer to schedule my LinkedIn posts. It worked fine but when I wanted to also grow my Twitter account by scheduling tweets, I would have ended up on the paid plan. As I was going to pay I figured I would benchmark this huge market of social media automation. Socialbee was an affordable, yet full-fledged option. It helped me categorize my posts and schedule them by category. Not only that, but it also helped me grow my Twitter audience to close to 1500.

I loved the personal touch and the ability to ask questions from a real person and not a bot that simply sent me in circles. And, I had the privilege of dealing with REAL PEOPLE. Sometimes, I just need to talk to a real person without feeling that I am bothering anyone. I love Social Bee and I believe that I have found a social media scheduler that will grow with me and will educate me along the way. I am excited about fine-tuning my social media campaign with them. SocialBee supports our social media campaign from beginning to end. Secondly, I wanted to partner with a scheduling service so that I can learn how to do what needs to be done. This is key as a small business owner especially at times like this when finances may be hindered a bit. I also liked the fact that concierge services were available on multiple levels if I needed them. The extra special bonus was their SocialBee University. I feel that I have a much better working knowledge of how social media works and how to make it work for me without being hesitant. I still have a significant amount to implement from Social Bee University, but I am miles ahead of where I was prior to the class.

SocialBee is a platform that schedules your social media posts for you, designs content, gives suggestions on how to diversify your material, helps with hashtags, knows trends, knows how to repurpose content, researches for you, & overall saves you time. I like being able to make evergreen posts and run them even when I am too busy to be online. Social Bee's set up is extremely easy and I can change what posts go into which part of my weekly calendar often. In fact, wiping the calendar clean and resetting all posting options is actually very quite and easy to do once I had my posts created in Social Bee.

I would like it to be easier to create posts on my mobile phone. Instead of doing this I email myself a post idea, sometimes with a photo, but then get busy and it takes time for me to get to adding it to Social Bee.

**Recommendations to others considering SocialBee:**

The $49 lifetime deal will save you make you so efficient at posting valuable content to your social media accounts. I am an independent Podcaster so had to think about this purchase before going ahead with it. But my podcast exposure has gone consistently up since I started using Social Bee. In fact, as an experiment, I turned off all posts for a few days once and started them a few days later to see the impact. It was huge.

I am not sure if this exists but I would like to post and then delete posts a day later. I think this way my SM feed would look less redundant when people scroll through the feed itself.

I was struggling with the know-how and time to create and post new content. I had tried other Posting Platforms, but SocialBee's Concierge services made it super easy for me to get on board, get everything migrated and setup to move forward. 

The content that has been created so far and the research put into the different topics for my business shows that your team really knows what they are doing. Creating content has been my biggest challenge - SocialBee makes Social Media easy.

Regular check ins with my dedicated Bee helps make sure we are moving in the right direction and that we are creating content that is matching the needs of our organization.

The concierge on-boarding process was seamless and very well done. They migrated everything fro my previous platform. All I had to do was securely connect my accounts in their platform and they took care of the rest! 

The platform is constantly evolving and always getting better. It has improved significantly since starting with them and I am very happy to see that they are investing into the platform, their team and resources.

It’s not really a dislike but there are so many options within the platform that I found it harder to navigate initially. 

Now they I’ve been playing with it for a while and the Social Bee team is very helpful when you have a question. They have also been creating help videos so it’s much easier to work with and navigate now.

Worth it 100%. I have saved hours and hours of time and their support is super helpful and responsive. If Social Media is not your thing, it’s worth hiring the right company to do it for you. SocialBee is that right company.

I was struggling with the know-how and dedicating the time to curate, create and post new content. They help with keyword research, content creation, optimizing delivery schedule. Managing a social media profile takes a lot of time and attention to detail and they are nailing it!

Social Bee simply takes care of time consuming work of curating, creating and posting content to the various social media channels. They save me a ton of time and I have had some amazing feedback from the content that has been created. No one is any the wiser that we aren’t creating the content ourselves.

They also are one of the only ones that can post and integrate with Google My Business where I didn’t see the others being able to do so.

I didn't believe anyone could make a Social App that didn't need to be fed like a baby. But — SocialBee has proved me wrong. I was losing so much time creating posts and fresh content for myself and my clients. And also failing to make the most of the Google my Business accounts. With SocialBee's evergreen content, Google Chrome extension, and Google my Business integration, we're able to save a ton of time and get much better reach across channels. So, I’ve definitely gained a tool that will help me grow my and my clients’ businesses. It brings a fresh, time-saving approach when it comes to increasing online exposure. They’re friendly, helpful and even the CEO responds to emails.

I would like to see whitelabel. But it's not the end of the world. The user interface is also something that you might need to get accustomed too, but personally I have no problem with it.

If whitelabel is essential then maybe this isn't right for you. However, I believe it's on the roadmap.  I'd sign up for a trial and see if you like the GUI as that may be Marmite for some.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialBee seems to be a  much better solution when you want to categorize, organize, discover and recycle content. It made it much easier to use content asses I've already created once.

I love that the interface is clean and it allows me to organize and post updates on all my social media accounts very easily. The calendar feature is also great.

I don't have anything, in particular, to complain about.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

- I really like their categories feature – it allows you to group your posts on the same topic in one place, so you won’t waste time for searching them;
- you can schedule your posts and publish them on every social media platform you have;
- and of course, it let you track and analyze your campaigns, so your social media strategy could #bee better.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

- a bit overwhelming interface, but you can get used to it.

Scheduling and auto-posting on social media is now a piece of cake and it takes less time!
