I like that 7taps Microlearning is very easy to use. It's important because we have many modules, behaviors, and actions we are trying to encourage from our field teams. What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning? I think the AI videos are a little strange, and those are the things that we try to replace with our own, to increase buy in. And I think that integration with LMS could use some work as well. SCORM files specifically. Because there are some issues with setup and quizzes and marking completion before users actually complete. So those are some things I think could be improved. What I like best about 7taps Microlearning is how quick and engaging it makes the learning process. The platform takes complex topics and delivers them in bite-sized, interactive lessons that are easy to understand and retain. By breaking content into short, interactive lessons, it makes learning more digestible and keeps people’s attention. For me, that means I can quickly grasp and retain important information without losing productivity, and training feels like a seamless part of the workday rather than a disruption. I like how 7taps Microlearning allows us to create bite-size learning content for employees quickly, providing upskilling opportunities efficiently. I appreciate the feature of being able to upload a PDF document and create training from it, which makes creating refresher training straightforward. We've used the platform to push out promotional videos, announcements, links to policies, etc. The ability to send and track links to courses through SMS is a feature most LMS's don't even offer. It allows you to create bits and pieces of information that people can digest in a snap. It also gives you options to customize the looks of the mini-courses you create. There is no way for you to change the resolution to fit a desktop or tablet. While there are options to customize the mini-courses, the options that you have are very limited. Aesthetically, 7taps is a good choice. But from a business-perspective, it's not necessarily a bang for one's buck. If you really intend to deliver self-paced, mini- courses, look for a different LMS. 7taps is only good for those who just intend to publish 2-5-minute pieces of information. However, the content is well displayed and perceived on any other screen or device. The card format ensures that learner’s attention is strictly focused on a short piece of content right in the center of their screen, while other areas are intentionally blacked out. We don’t want to remind learners of a PowerPoint-style experience, while it’s almost inevitable when designing content in a desktop aspect ratio. 7taps format is intentionally different to ensure quick and effortless learning.
