My favourite aspect of 7 Taps is the speed in which you can create engaging training once you've understood the problem that needs to be solved.

7 Taps has it's own AI system that uses a Template you input to define the Skill Required, who it's for, what yopu want to get out of the training and any issues to consider that are either causing the problem or would prevent a solution.

It's possible to develop individual training courses (which you can then personalise) or define up to 5 courses to be built into a Learning Path.

I'm currently on the Starter Plan so I only have the option to run 10 live courses at once. But I realise they have a business to run so I can either pay to add more courses or pay to add a custom domain or Upgrade to Enterprise level.

7taps is such an intuitive, innovative platform that makes creating microlearning surprisingly easy and their support team is fantastic. I especially appreciated the AI copilot — it guided me through identifying the skill, audience, goal, challenges, context, and length for my training. From there, it instantly generated a series of cards that I could edit, rearrange, or combine with my own content. I ended up using a mix of AI-generated cards and my original ideas, which made the process both efficient and creative.

I was inspired by others who shared their experiences on LinkedIn, so I decided to do the same. Sharing the microlearning was incredibly simple — just copy the link! Any updates you make are synced automatically, making it easy to keep your content fresh and relevant. Despite choosing a sensitive topic, online predators, the feedback I received on the quality and clarity of the content was overwhelmingly positive.

A special shoutout to Emma, who provided feedback and answered my questions!! She initially reached out to welcome me and offered support if I needed it. When I shared a draft of my first project, she suggested adding a role-play card and a poll, which was perfect because I kind of felt like I could use more questions, especially a scenario-based one.

The only challenge I encountered was with the role-play cards. The audio wasn’t playing, and since users can’t advance without listening and responding, it created a bit of a snag. I had already tried clearing my cache and cookies and confirmed my internet connection was good. I reached back out to Emma, and she responded right away with a suggestion to regenerate the avatars. That solved the issue immediately!

If you run into any technical issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to the support team. They are incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. And if a role-play card isn’t functioning properly, try regenerating the avatar first. That did the trick for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the best about 7Taps Microlearning is the bite-sized, visual format. It's SO easy to create content that actually sticks. I was able to create an entire 4 lesson course in less than 15 minutes that I know will help my students learn better than hours of lectures. I also appreciate how quickly I can put something together and still make it look polished. When I make edits, it automatically updates everywhere I've uploaded it. For example if I've uploaded it to an LMS in xAPI format and also embedded it as an iframe in another training, I can edit the original course, and the updates would automatically sync with the LMS and the iframe. I just wrapped up not one but TWO microlearning builds in 7taps—and I’m officially hooked.

One training was for corporate staff and one was for K-12 students. Same platform, totally different goals—and both turned out clean, clear, and learner-friendly.

As a writer and content creator on an L&D team, I have to create a lot of content quickly, and my various stakeholders have a wide variety of needs. 7Taps offers lots of options inside the platform, and allows me to upload my own images and material that I've created on other design platforms, so pleasing clients is easy.
