It's incredibly easy to learn how to use 7Taps. Building in the tool is very simple and this allows for rapid prototyping. Additionally, the structure they have built forces you to build better training. I'm able to get content built and tested within a day and the content is infinitely scalable and allows me to meet users where they are. Customer support through their Intercom chat interface has been quick, effective and friendly. It is easy to integrate 7Taps into our learning management system, but in more cases, I find that texting a link, inputting a user's phone number, or sharing a QR code gets the course out fast. I find myself building or editing in 7Taps on a daily basis which is testament to the friendly and slick User Interface. I was able to start building in 7Taps from day 1 with little training (and I'm not technical), so it's been really easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I haven't found anything major. For some things, I've just had to learn how the system is built. For most speed bumps, I've found a workaround. In a few cases, I wish something was "different" but this hasn't proved a barrier to my users. For example, in 7Taps, some users wanted to swipe right to progress in a course, but the interface is built around tapping. I thought this would be a barrier, but with user testing, people have figured this out very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
