I'll notice on a bunch of long audio that there are greyed-out sections where no words are on them. But the words the AI has connected to the audio is somewhere else completely, often on top of just one word. I can't figure out a work-around to help align them. Any advice?

I use Descript to clean up podcasts that are upwards of 4 hours long. I love the filler word removal feature, but the crossfade it applies between the cuts is never long enough to properly transition over the cuts in a way that sounds natural. Two things

1. I did a short trial to see how it works and once it was done, a box popped up over the dialogue asking if I wanted a tutorial. Screen was frozen. What went wrong? 2. I don't need the service all the time. Can you pay per month or do you need to commit to a year at the posted price?
