Sonix was helpful in transcribing my consumer interviews, and the ability to create video clips in the software of specific sections of the interview to use in my report. This service is cost-effective, and the service was reliable and worked when needed. I think that the transcription was done using AI. It was easy to jump in and just start using without any onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sonix (sonix.ai)? The transcription wasn't perfect, but it was good enough. I needed to edit the transcription if I wanted to pull out a consumer quote for the report because there were often some minor mistakes. What problems is Sonix (sonix.ai) solving and how is that benefiting you? Sonix helped me analyze my consumer interviews with detailed transcripts. I was able to extract consumer quotes from my interviews easily. I usually read the transcription, then highlight the clip I want to export for the video in my reports or share out. Sonix is an incredible service! And while no AI is perfect, Sonix AI is close to perfection. I am very happy with it. If I were to add anything to my wish list, it would be the ability to to convert video to MP3 on the website (no big deal as there are other online services available) or even better, just upload video files for transcription for an all inclusive one stop website. But this wish is by no means a deal breaker. I Am recommending your service to everyone and I know hundreds of working professionals in media related areas. Needs the ability to upload video Files not just audio files. Would be nice if service included an AI for automated translation. I like how it is almost accurate and it makes our lives much easier. Apart from that, it also mentions the accuracy with which it transcribes and I honestly like it. Using transcripts easily helps us identify what the speaker is saying and use it in our marketing assets. Apart from that, it is so quick that it makes our lives easier.
