Sonix was helpful in transcribing my consumer interviews, and the ability to create video clips in the software of specific sections of the interview to use in my report. This service is cost-effective, and the service was reliable and worked when needed. I think that the transcription was done using AI. The transcription wasn't perfect, but it was good enough. I needed to edit the transcription if I wanted to pull out a consumer quote for the report because there were often some minor mistakes. I wasn't aware of any integrations and never needed to use support or ask for help, so I can't comment on heir service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sonix is an incredible service! And while no AI is perfect, Sonix AI is close to perfection. I am very happy with it.

If I were to add anything to my wish list, it would be the ability to to convert video to MP3 on the website (no big deal as there are other online services available) or even better, just upload video files for transcription for an all inclusive one stop website. But this wish is by no means a deal breaker. I Am recommending your service to everyone and I know hundreds of working professionals in media related areas.
