# What are the advantages of Otter.aI versus fireflies.al?

I ike to be able to record and transcribe conference calls and I'm considering both of these Solutions. Does anyone have experience with both or either? What are your recommendations?

We looked at both and decided neither. They both do not provide video and do not use AI to extract important highlights. Neither can summarize long transcripts. There are better options besides otter or fireflies.
