# How often should I expect Insight Squared to update metrics if integrated with tools like Bullhorn?

If I log a note in Bullhorn or another CRM, I would like to know how long it takes for the metric to show up in insight squared. This way, I could share the information with the rest of my team as we are always unsure how long it truly takes. 15 minutes or so is what I am thinking.

InsightSquared syncs to Bullhorn about every 30 minutes, give or take.

I believe InsightSquared syncs fairly often to Bullhorn in "real time".  Probably every 15-30 minutes based on experience.

I do not know about Bullhorn but we used to have this syncing with Salesforce on an hourly basis.
