# Hidden costs?

Many CRM providers have hidden fees and "surprise customizations." Will there be any surprises?

No. We price per user for the licenses and modules that you have chosen. And a fixed price for the implementation - which includes data imports. There are no traffic charges, storage fees or expensive 3rd party technical consultants needed.
