# What is the best way to not have to start sending cadences out of SL but through email or SF?

You can also directly build cadences into Saleforce.com yourself. The Salesforce cadences are not static like they are with SalesLoft and Outreach.  In other words if an account contacts a rep outside of the next scheduled touch then the cadence in Saleforce can automatically adjust the next touch sequence without a rep having to manually adjust the cadence.  This is very useful for account management type cadences when the touches are more infrequent.

Yes, you are able to execute cadences directly from the Salesforce interface via SalesLoft connect.
