I've talked to engineers at Twilio off line at events and they tell me the only way to get deliverability rates like community is to pay the kind of money they pay. Stacked against the start up (self funded) and it is what it is.... Can anyone tell me and show me differently?

Sometimes I need to use the phone number for the Google services such as Gmail Suite, etc. However, I cannot get SMS notifications from them or somehow don't understand how to configure.

Right now if I want to be able to make outbound calls I have to do an LOA and transfer them to my VOIP provider but they have some limitations that I would prefer to just be able to do outbound with the PLIVO numbers.

I frequently get systems that verify users (air bnb being an current example) refusing to allow me to use services because my number cannot be verified. I have Podium and the notifications don't go away when I click on a message when someone else is responding to the customer. Is there an app for Podium instead of having to use the webpage?
