# Is there any way to go about getting SMS from Google services when I need?

Sometimes I need to use the phone number for the Google services such as Gmail Suite, etc. However, I cannot get SMS notifications from them or somehow don't understand how to configure.

Currently there is a known issue associated with the Google services which we are in the process of resolving.  If you are currently using Plivo services with a Google number, please connect with our support team. They can change certain configurations to enable you to use Google services with Plivo numbers in the meantime. https://support.plivo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
