**What do you like best about Prompt.io?**

What I like the the most about Prompt.io is all the features that it provides to engage with members such as the integrated forms where we are able to create surveys, ranking scales and even donation forms. It is very user friendly to set up for admins and usage for agents.

**What do you dislike about Prompt.io?**

The piece I disliked about Prompt.io is that we were not able to assign specific agents to certain text banks and after some time all messages would reroute to al agents even if they were not part of the campaign.

**What problems is Prompt.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to send mass texts without having to use our personal

**What do you like best about Prompt.io?**

Speed to market and smart UI is a huge step forward for us, users can now find the right insurance literally in seconds resulting in higher conversion rates.

**What do you dislike about Prompt.io?**

We don't have any dislikes. I guess my only regret is that we didn't find them earlier!

**Recommendations to others considering Prompt.io:**

If you want to drastically reduce your time to market, the instant app tech that Chatbox have created is a huge help in that regard!

**What problems is Prompt.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our www.Bonzah.com product is quite complicated given it offers primary damage & liability and supplemental liability insurances for car renters. It's complicated, yet the Chatbox process simplified the UX to now make it so simple for users to find the coverage that best suits their needs!

**What do you like best about Prompt.io?**

I like I can add my own macros , so I don’t have to type the same text multiple times a day. I can also set a time for chatbox to automatically send a chat for me.

**What do you dislike about Prompt.io?**

I don’t like that I can’t send multiple people the same text as a mass text. I have to do it individually.

**Recommendations to others considering Prompt.io:**

I recommend playing around on it and figuring out the best way to use it.

**What problems is Prompt.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I try and speak to 50 people a day by call or text. Most people are at work  during the day and cant answer a phone call. I can still help families by communicating with them on their time .

**What do you like best about Prompt.io?**

I love that Chatbox sends an email notification when a text comes in. This allows me to quickly see the message even when I'm not in front of Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Prompt.io?**

It can be frustrating if you accidentally hit "enter," and your message prematurely sends. There isn't a way to undo and you end up having to apologize for the first text and sending the correct one afterwards.

**Recommendations to others considering Prompt.io:**

It's a simple and easy tool to use.

**What problems is Prompt.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatbox receives more responses compared to calls and emails. It sends my messages to a platform my customers are familiar with and use daily. Frankly, many people prefer text communication and Chatbox makes it easy to accommodate this preference!

**What do you like best about Prompt.io?**

With chatbox, we were able to text clients directly from Salesforce. Outside of making calls or sending emails, sometimes texts are an easier way to get in contact with a lead or a way to get them on the phone.

**What do you dislike about Prompt.io?**

This may have been the way our company had it set up, but the number we would text from was not an actual number that would connect with me. Instead if someone called the number that came from chatbox, they'd hear a voicemail asking them to call a different number.
If multiple reps are talking to the same client, it can be confusing who the texts came from on our end.

**What problems is Prompt.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using chatbox as an SMS tool has decreased the number of files I've had to close as 'unresponsive' because it's an approachable way for people to respond.
We're also able to keep a log of the messages we've sent, which makes it easy to go back.

The interactive features combined with the FAQ's.

Sometimes it's obvious its a robot and would be great to connect directly to a rep.

**Recommendations to others considering Prompt.io:**

It's important to understand that your ability to connect directly with prospects is vastly improved with a tool like Chatbox.

You cut out the entire middle area of needing to have the prospect write in about a questions, have a rep reach out then finally set up time.

We've had situations where within minutes we've qualified prospects, gotten them on the phone and gotten them pricing in less than an hour.

In the past that would have been a task to get that done within a few days and even then it wouldn't be as streamlined as with Chatbox.

For us, its about being able to interact with anyone who is searching for answers about our solutions.

**What do you like best about Prompt.io?**

#1. I love the partnership mentality Chatbox has. They truly invest in the success of their clients. It is a great company to work with in terms of coming up with innovative solutions and providing the best customer support
#2.  Chatbox platform is very flexible and easily customizable
#3. Instant App feature that Chatbox supports is what separates Chatbox from other players. You can pretty much run an ecommerce application using the Chatbox Instant App

Chatbox has lot of room to improve when it comes to their User Interface.

Customer connections are the best when using Texting and Chatbox has enabled us to scale Texting

**What do you like best about Prompt.io?**

The best feature of Chatbox is the enablement through Salesforce. I'm able to send text messages while in the direct file of my lead.

**What do you dislike about Prompt.io?**

I have no real dislikes about Chatbox. There are times when the system is down, but that's rare and never prolonged; it's for updates to make the system even better than it is.

**Recommendations to others considering Prompt.io:**

Find other companies using Chatbox and look at their sales conversion rates.

**What problems is Prompt.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to keep a log of my messages with leads in one space. Total game-changer.

Chatbox treats us like a partner, not a customer. Very focused on the long-term, and ready to roll up their sleeves to make us successful.

**What do you dislike about Prompt.io?**

When you use a mini-app, there's a bit less flexibility in the UI/UX compared to if you built a native web application.

**What problems is Prompt.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed to market, and an integrated support solution. Our mini-app was up and running faster than if we built a native app. And as we integrate more of our conversational logic to Chatbox, we'll have an integrated support platform.

No technical coding skills required to develop new applications that can solve a business problem.   Overall - SMS is a great additional channel to facilitate required workflows to support the business..

Need more out of the box thinking on ways to use the product.

Provides an effective channel to connect with small business owners in real time.   Increased my teams efficiency by 40%.

Chatbox is a much more convenient method of communication that emails.  I find that I more frequently get a response when I use this feature.

Satisfied,  I have had no difficulties with Chatbox

Communication Ability.  I find that more people use their phones for communication.  Emails can get lost in the shuffle of communication.
