# Does anybody from Ethiopia use Plivo, if so do you have deliverability issues some times?

We send out some sms to users in Ethiopia and i was wondering if anybody else has had deliverability issues and if it's an issue on the plivo side or local carrier?

Hi there - I checked with our Plivo support team and the last known issue that was raised with us was in July and was due to a two week Internet blackout in the country.  If you'd would like us to look into this further, please open a support ticket.
