**What do you like best about ShoutOUT?**

It was easy to use and I could set up text campaigns in the easiest way possible. The support was also fantastic and very responsive. We used this texting product for our wedding and will likely use it for our business shortly down the line.

**What do you dislike about ShoutOUT?**

Not a whole lot to dislike. I think what I disliked is that I had to 'test out' a couple of other services first, wasting time, only to discover ShoutOut later. I wish I discovered them upfront!

**What problems is ShoutOUT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to text an audience at scale in a customized way, in the easiest and most streamlined way possible. The benefit that I realized was that it was super easy to use the product for this use case!

**What do you like best about ShoutOUT?**

We have tried pretty much every other SMS/email solution out there, and Shoutout is by far the best we have seen. It is effortless to use, customer support responds within minutes, and the value for money is excellent. Shoutout has everything we needed for SMS and email marketing at the perfect price.

**What do you dislike about ShoutOUT?**

I only wish I had found them sooner! We tried about a half dozen other solutions before Shoutout, and honestly, I wish we had not needed to waste time trying anything else. Shoutout is the best of all of them.

**What problems is ShoutOUT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a single tool to do both email and SMS marketing, and Shoutout has delivered beyond expectations. We can now reach our customers seamlessly across the two channels, resulting in better customer relationships and more conversions and sales.

Like the fact that we were able to integrate Shoutout APIs to our system seamlessly.

And also that SMS marketing campaigns can be executed, and their success can be monitored as well.

Nothing particular to mention, a status check dashboard would be a nice addition.

Try the portal out, send SMS and get the hang of it. Also learn how to use Shoutout for SMS campaigns effectively, as the portal provides features for monitoring the results as well.

Sending SMS to our clientele is managed through Shoutout.

It has benefitted us with convenience and reliability.

ShoutOut provides a vast range of utilities to engage with your customers. The options at disposes to engage with your customer is the biggest benefit of ShoutOut - when you package these tools with an amazing customer support service and top quality user interface: you get the perfect software for customer engagement.

The sms platform needs to upgrade a bit more and give diverse options. Specially when it comes to character limit.

Keeping a customer always engaged with your products has always been a recurring issue and ShoutOut has given the solution we've been looking for

Shoutout is our go to software for sending out SMS to our customers. Using outlook for sending reminders  to our customers was a burden but this has changed with the use of Shoutout.

There are great features to the product but pricing can be improved.

It has impacted our outreach tremendously as we can personalize our notes
