What do you like best about Timely?

The allure of Timely lies in its ability to transcend the traditional boundaries of time-tracking. What do you dislike about Timely?

It would be great if I could link it to something like Jira where all my tickets are stored. Creating all the tags in the project on the project page and then going back to the hours page is a bit of a pain. It would be good to add new "tickets" to a project in the hours page. What problems is Timely solving and how is that benefiting you?

Multi-tasking across multiple pojects and making sure I am billing for everything I am acutally doing. I am not "losing" work and it not getting billed as I am continually swapping tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
