The things I like best about Timely are: ability to track time accurately, ability to track time in a detailed manner, using Timely takes less time, using Timely allows me to bill more hours, using Timely allows me to see how I am spending my time. Timely misses certain things. For instance, when I am in Smartsheet working on several different client's projects at a time, it reports them all as one block of time and I can't break them apart. It does the same thing in Windows explorer. In outlook, if it took me 5 minutes to write an email, it reports the time as zero.
