Memory shows us what we've been working on and for how long - applications, files, emails, URLs and locations. Memory entries can be converted into Time report entries. We use Tagging to categorise time entries which makes analysis much more powerful. Technical support is quick, friendly and useful. There are very few downsides to using Timely. Memory can get confused when generating automatic time entries but the benefits of having a full detailed record of what you've done massively outweighs that. It's a platform that gets constant updates and sometimes those changes can break some of our ETL routines but that's usually quickly fixed.
