The segmentation - I've yet to find another tool that does this so well. Basically, once you set up an audience, Audiense will automatically create several segments based on their common affinities. This is incredibly useful from a marketing point of view as it gives you the tools you need to create truly targeted and personalized marketing and advertising campaigns: on social media, your blog, your content, even in print/TV and other offline mediums...pretty much anywhere you want to run a campaign.
