What do you like best about Audiense?

The segmentation feature is extremely valuable for tailoring our marketing efforts to specific customer segments. We've been testing its robustness using edge cases and it never stops to amaze us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Audiense?

I would prioritise expanding Audiense's database so it covers additional countries. But then again, that would require way more resources from their end, potentially harming the overall product growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Audiense?

I liked that it's creating dashboards and visualizations that look nice and are helpful. I also think its reach of social media users is pretty good. It was easy to integrate into our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Audiense?

Demographic data seems a bit unreliable. Downloading the data in Excel is not very user friendly. The customer representatives are not too knowledgable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We are delighted you like the dashboard and visualizations, and hopefully are using the 'Download audience' option to get the full or summary PDF as well.

We have a guide about demographic data which may help explain how it's calculated/where it comes from: https://help.audiense.com/knowledge/demographics-tab-of-insights-report

Our Excel downloads are meant to be used to input specific data into other tools such as author social listening uploads, targeting criteria to support, or BI tools, and this depends on the download being referred to. It is an additional resource, and why it is not part of the dashboard. Nonetheless, we really appreciate your feedback and I will inform our product team.

What do you like best about Audiense?

All the information is very detailed and extremely useful for analyzing the potential audience of a social media profile. As a basis for more detailed studies, it is extraordinary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The information is so exhaustive that it's hard to truly take advantage of it. For an individual user, the cost of the platform is somewhat excessive, and I only use it for educational purposes to create reports with my students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding your feedback on comparing reports more easily, we understand the importance of this capability for better data-driven decision-making. We are continuously working on improving our platform, especially expanding the benchmarking feature to add more than 1 report at a time, and make this analysis more insightful, so your suggestion for a more streamlined comparison feature is noted.

We aim to make it even more convenient for you to identify overlaps and outliers across reports, Whilst we improve this functionality in Audiense Insights, there is a feature in Audiense Connect called Audience Intersection Report, that allows comparison of follower overlaps and gaps for up to 20 audiences or accounts, if you are not aware that it exists.

We understand your desire for more robust reports that go beyond Twitter/X data. We're constantly working to expand our data sources and enhance our offerings. Not only that, but we already enrich our data with added beta features that can be made available, such as 'Download affinity interests, including more categories that go beyond X'. Regarding media and content insights, as well as social channel relevance (we don’t measure usage), there are 2 formats available:

1. by downloading the report into a PDF or PPTX file provides a summary or full overview of the Audience, including these insights.

2. we also have the option to download ‘All insights’ into XLS, which provides many metrics including content type, media and channels. If this is not available through your account at the moment, please get in touch with help@audiense.com or your account manager, on how to enable the download of all insights for any given audience. If this is not what you were looking for, we are eager to receive your feedback in detail through productrequest@audidense.com, as we will certainly take it into consideration as we continue to improve our platform. 🚀
