What do you like best about Audiense?

Audiense has allowed us to create customer segments based on people who have been engaging with our brand online. Our prior segmentation used exclusively product sales data, so Audiense has allowed us to extend into those who have engaged with our brand but not purchased - a useful potential customer group for us to understand. What do you dislike about Audiense?

What do you like best about Audiense?

Everything. customer service, onboarding. I have been using it for several years.Latest iterations are excellent.

I use the audience segmentation tool as well as followers comparison and insights on data collected. Ads packaging also let users

target across platforms as swell as look alikes.

Tremendous scope in terms of tools available, genuinely interesting and actional insights, the fact that I can easily apply it to any campaign I work on - regardless of B2B or B2C. My clients love the reports I can present and it has real insights on the way I approach marketing campaign planning. What do you dislike about Audiense?

Honestly nothing. The only minor gripe I have is the segment names as they're not always reflective of the data and insights inside the segment, but you can easily rename segments as required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not sure if this will help, or you already know, but sharing is caring as they say: within Audiense Insights, you have the targeting pack to support your segmented targeting, and within Audiense Connect dashboard you can also use X ads, lists and other features that allow to identify top engagers, audiences that start interacting with your campaigns in real-time / dynamic), through an owned connected account. 📈

A slightly different approach is through our Meta insights tool 'Soprism by Audiense', where you can send profiled audiences/segments to Meta Ads directly to reach out with ads, incl. lookalikes to expand your reach + profile your first-party FB audiences (reach out to your Account team for more information if you don't already have access). 🚀
