After purchasing licensing for one module or another, you cannot automatically obtain a trial for other items.

EG: If you have a workstation or VM backup license and want to try out the O365 backup, you will need to buy a license (or possibly request a trial license manually).

There isn't anything specific about the platform or products that I go so far to say I "dislike". There are always limitations to how things can be configured. Whenever there is a feature limitation or missing option, the AvePoint team always notates our preferences. They provide news updates on product enhancements or upcoming rollouts that either may help to address the limitation or actually is the exact feature we reqeusted. Again, our organization heavily leverages the M365 suite of products. AvePoint helps us, as the application owners, to govern and secure the environment. The enhanced governance features are probably my personal favorite as the SharePoint, Teams, and Viva admin. It helps to recover data on USB disks, External HDD, SSDs, Memory cards and allows me to recover Documents, Images, Videos, Sound files, and many more. the management interface had seen revisions in development, making it confusing for user to follow, if they were to use it to mass-monitor multiple installations.
