the software has a straightforward user interface for single users, the setup is fast and the value of being able to retrieve from backup is priceless. I like that files can be read pretty easily from the backup, it can be mounted as a drive for structural side by side retrieval. I like that versioning of backup is easy to follow. the management interface had seen revisions in development, making it confusing for user to follow, if they were to use it to mass-monitor multiple installations. MAcrium is straight forward on its usage, which makes it easy for anyone. We use it once a month for our regular monthly backups. It was easy to get going - just install and away you go. The number of features offered are perfect for us, especially when creating plans and the additional customisation options when creating backup naming conventions. I really like the ease of backup and restore with Macrium Backup & Restore, along with the auto verification after backup. The initial setup was very smooth for me, which made getting started quite simple. Being able to restore to a workable OS whenever I encounter any system corruption or driver error is incredibly valuable. I am so satisfied with it that I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10. I love how easy Macrium Backup and Restore is to use. It can also be very easy to put in place during first implementation. Macrium Reflect remains one of the best Windows backup solutions, particularly for disk imaging and system recovery. The free version is excellent for basic imaging needs, while paid versions offer comprehensive backup management. The Macrium Tools from Site Backup to Technicians USB and Reflect X are all excellent tools and have gotten me out of trouble so many times.

Site Manager is also brilliant for keeping an eye on all your Sites in one place.

Customer Support is amazing and anytime i've had any issues they have gone above and beyond to help me correct it.

Macrium is one of the few software companies I've dealt with that has a consistently prominent level of stability and quality in their products. I have used Macrium Reflect for years and only encountered one minor bug. This issue was with an out-of-date version and Macrium still repaired the issue. Amazing! 5 stars! It is easy to set up. You are able to download a generous one month trial to test the program. I works like clockwork after setting up when to start.
