I like AvePoint Confidence Platform for its reliable and comprehensive backup for O365 and fast restores. We also use it to restore SharePoint sites as a template, which is really useful. Providing services that help to alleviate pain points with managing Microsoft products has been exponentially helpful. There isn't anything specific about the platform or products that I go so far to say I "dislike". There are always limitations to how things can be configured. Whenever there is a feature limitation or missing option, the AvePoint team always notates our preferences. They provide news updates on product enhancements or upcoming rollouts that either may help to address the limitation or actually is the exact feature we reqeusted. I love how easy it is to use and set up AvePoint Confidence Platform. The step-by-step initial setup process is straightforward, and although we ran into a few issues, AvePoint's support was really helpful in resolving them. The platform provides great reporting, offering insights for our clients and giving them visibility with auto reports sent on a regular basis. It's also easy to manage and update, and having a near 'one-pane-of-glass view' where all backups are in one place is super convenient. The segregation of users and the ability to attach Azure groups make management much more manageable. There are some errors that happen because of some connections that break. We only find this out when we get the reports for backups that show errors. These are easily fixed, but it would be great if we could be notified the moment something breaks - or if possible, when something is about to break or expire. Azure accounts/certificates expire and no notification is placed on those. For backups, some user licenses get removed but their account is still in AD (and needs to be), but their backups aren't required anymore - these cause alerts and require tweaking to work. Microsoft outages do occur and sometimes causes issues. We first get broken backups and then get notified much later of the issue via AvePoint. Earlier notifications would be great. Possibly the frequency of the backups, you can only do max 6 per day for things like OneDrive or Exchange Online.

AvePoint Fly Migration for SharePoint (Online and OnPrem) is the best migration tool on the market.

It's easy to use, accuracy on content (what you see contents on the source is what you get at the destination).

Also, Fly migration tool allows you to configure object level migration (selective only migrate a particular target library)

Features such as Incremental Migration or Combined Migration give you lot of options and flexibility for your migration plans.
