What do you like best about Zuora?

Zuora provides strong flexibility in managing subscription billing and revenue recognition. Its automation features reduce manual work, and the platform scales well as the business grows. What do you dislike about Zuora?

The system can feel complex at times, especially during setup or when making configuration changes. Some processes require multiple steps that could be simplified. The user interface, while functional, is not always intuitive and can take time to learn. Additionally, support response times can sometimes be slower than expected for urgent issues. What do you like best about Zuora?

The flexible pricing models is the best thing about Zuora. Being able to support multi faceted pricing plans and renewals without a lot of manual work is what stands out. The dashboards and reporting capabilities give good visibility into metrics and KPIs. What do you dislike about Zuora?

Like any new software, Zuora can be overwhelming. It has kind of a steep learning curve. some of UI isn't very intuitive so if you haven't worked with complex saas systems before you might struggle. What do you like best about Zuora?

The calm layout, no unnecessary shapes, buttons, colours or pop-ups. The fact that the Back button on the browser is enough to get you on the previous page without closing what you are viewing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zuora?

The menu on the left, I never use it, it takes you out of the Account you are looking at and exits you completely. I wish I had more access to the payment details, not just "Processed", "Posted", and "Error", but this might be the settings of my profile by the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
