Our billing system was manual and hence there were a lot of errors in invoicing and delays in revenue reconciliation and that has changed since we adopted Zuora. The fact that the Back button on the browser is enough to get you on the previous page without closing what you are viewing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zuora? The menu on the left, I never use it, it takes you out of the Account you are looking at and exits you completely.
