From the research I've done, it appears as though Zuora does have an office in India and its products are operational on a global scale. 

RevPro does integrate with a variety of ERP systems, and if it doesn't have a pre-built integration with yours, there is an integration API you can use to facilitate an integration: https://www.zuora.com/developer/revpro-integration/
