"Zoho Assist: A Trusted Tool That Keeps Getting Better"
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

I've been using Zoho Assist for nearly a decade, and it has never let me down even daily. Over the years, I've seen it grow with meaningful updates that have made it more powerful, intuitive, and reliable. Whether I'm supporting clients or managing internal systems, it’s been my go to solution, especially when other tools fail or become unstable. Zoho Assist has pulled me out of some tough spots, and that's something I truly value.

One of the biggest strengths of Zoho Assist is how smoothly it works, even in low-bandwidth environments. The remote control is responsive, the video quality is clear, and features like chat, clipboard sync, and file sharing make the experience complete. The audio option is also surprisingly handy. Once you get the hang of it, especially the unattended access setup, managing multiple devices becomes a breeze.

Most of the interface is easy to use, intregrate and implement, I’d say about 95% feels intuitive and well-designed. Customer support has always been quick, helpful, and easy to reach whenever I’ve needed assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

The process of adding and organizing new devices in unattended mode can be a bit unintuitive at first. It could benefit from a more guided or streamlined setup for new users or admins. But after going through it a few times, it becomes manageable and is worth the effort considering the functionality you get in return. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zoho Assist: Strong Remote Access with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

I appreciate how Zoho Assist provides reliable remote access solutions for my workstations, especially in scenarios where either a VPN is not possible or remote desktop isn't functioning. Its capability to grant secondary access ensures that I can manage remote administration tasks efficiently. I find the unattended access and remote connection features particularly useful, allowing seamless management of computers without needing a user's presence on-site. Additionally, the fact that Zoho Assist integrates well with the existing Zoho platform we were already using is a definite plus, making the overall integration smoother and more cohesive. What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

I found some aspects of setting up Zoho Assist a bit difficult to sort out, especially relating to our subscription level and unattended access. It doesn't effectively hide options that aren't available with my subscription or clearly guide me on achieving tasks within my current plan. Specifically, the system seems to steer me towards methods that result in limitations due to subscription constraints. Additionally, the administrative interface could be improved, particularly when configuring groups of users and workstations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
