I really liked the communication tips—it was the most useful part for me. It helped give some direction on what to focus on when talking to a client, and how to tailor the conversation based on their style. What do you dislike about xiQ?

Honestly, I found the platform kind of hard to use. Even after finishing the certification, there were still features I didn’t fully get—especially the buyer groups. The site layout isn’t very intuitive either; I often had to click around in weird places just to find what I needed. I also think the insights can be hit-or-miss if a client doesn’t have much of an online presence, since there’s less info for xiQ to pull from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
