When products get unavailable they just cannot be added in the order (which is fine and reasonable) but it would be nice if we got notified about that. We’ve hooked up HiBob and Jamf to Workwize, and now everything just works. New hires get their stuff automatically, and offboarding happens without anyone from IT getting involved. Implementation took months longer than anticipated. Services provided globally very rarely met the assured SLA, let alone averaged it. We would sometimes have to opt to deliver from an in-country retailer after our orders would have delayed shipment or not arrive on time. We are talking weeks delay. The portal would not provide any meaningful updates so we would constantly have to pester our account rep. Device collection and destruction on a global scale was painful. We had consistent struggles with device delivery and collection outside of the US.
