"Streamlining IT and HR Operations Across Our Hotel Chain With Workwize"
What do you like best about Workwize?

As an IT Manager in the Hospitality industry, I truly appreciate how workwize brings structure and clarity to what used to be very fragmented device and equipment management process. Managing tech assets across multiple hotel locations is no small task, but Workwize makes it simple with a unified platform for ordering, tracking and managing hardware. The integration sre a huge plus. Especially the way it syncs seamlessly with our BombooHR lifecycle management and Okta for identity management saves hours of manual coordination between HR and IT. the Slack integration is also great for quick communication and updates. What do you dislike about Workwize?

There's very little to dislike, honestly. If I had to mention one thing, It would be that the reporting dashboards could offer a bit more customization for multi location operations, but I've already seen updates improving in that area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workwize?

What stand out the most is Workwize's ability to centralize and automate the provisioning and tracking of IT assets across multiple countries. The integration with our HR system(HiBob) and MDM(Jamf) created seamless workflows. What do you dislike about Workwize?

Sometimes courier pick ups for returned devices are slower in LATAM and pairs of APAC, Also, the customization of the employee storefront is somewhat limited. We'd love more branding options and control over regional catalogs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workwize?

We’ve hooked up HiBob and Jamf to Workwize, and now everything just works. New hires get their stuff automatically, and offboarding happens without anyone from IT getting involved. What do you dislike about Workwize?

It’s not the most mobile-friendly tool. I can do approvals on my phone, but it’s a bit clunky. A proper mobile app would be a big win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workwize?

What I like best about Workwize is the centralized governance of all our IT assets globally. The platform offers full traceability which is crucial for our internal audits and ISO 27001 compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workwize?

Workwize provided us with a great account rep. They had a great attitude and were always helpful. The people really are fantastic. The services provided also worked well within the US. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workwize?

Implementation took months longer than anticipated. Services provided globally very rarely met the assured SLA, let alone averaged it. We would sometimes have to opt to deliver from an in-country retailer after our orders would have delayed shipment or not arrive on time. We are talking weeks delay. The portal would not provide any meaningful updates so we would constantly have to pester our account rep. Device collection and destruction on a global scale was painful. We had consistent struggles with device delivery and collection outside of the US. If you are trying to use these services in the EU, Australia, India, or South America you should wait until their product and processes are more matured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
