What problems is Workwize solving and how is that benefiting you?
They aren't solving for much at all.
We started with Workwize about 8 months ago. It started fine with promises that made them sound amazing.
This has turned out to be the biggest disappointment as they can't even match the simplest of features of their competitors. First off, with us being a global company based in the US, our spend on their site is listed in Euros and I've been told that cannot change. None of our currency is reported in Euros which causes us to have to do manual conversions constantly.
Second, their connectors are non-existent and do not work good. There is A LOT of manual work to be done to get the assets into their system which again, being a global company, is not ideal and very time consuming. It would be nice if they actually linked to Jamf and Intune to pull in the device details but that doesn't seem to be very important to them.
Third, they are very expensive. They nickel and dime you to death. On top of paying a per user fee per month, there are also shipping fees, warehouse fees, package fees and anything else they decide to tack on. We originally swapped from another vendor thinking this would be a better option but ended up biting us in the end.
Fourth, the customer service is horrible. I have submitted questions to them which have gone unanswered many times. Currently we have a new hire today and even with choosing the expedited shipping which should have had it delivered 4 days ago, it's still sitting in the warehouse waiting to be shipped.
There are other things to list but this should be a good start.
Overall look at all your options, I guarantee you there are much better solutions which won't cause you the headache that Workwize is causing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
